24th Apr 2026 (4 weeks ago)????? Excellent service from Cedar Estate I’m really pleased with the service I received from Cedar Estate, who successfully found a tenant for my property. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. A special mention goes to Alex, the Letting Manager, and Trevor, the Administrator & Coordinator Manager. Both were extremely knowledgeable and experienced, which gave me full confidence throughout the process. They clearly know the market inside out and handled everything efficiently, keeping me updated at every stage. Thanks to Alex and Trevor, the whole letting process was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cedar Estate to any landlord looking for reliable and expert support.
13th May 2026 (12 days ago)So far, my experience with Connells has been excellent. Liam Archer, the Residential Sales Manager, has been professional, courteous, and very accommodating throughout. Despite a last-minute booking and a delay on my arrival, he patiently waited and ensured we had plenty of time to view the property without feeling rushed. He answered all our questions clearly and has kept me well updated since. I also spoke with Scott in Liam’s absence, who was equally friendly, helpful, and efficient in addressing my queries. I’m pleased to say my offer has been accepted, and while there are still steps ahead, everything has gone smoothly s o far. I would happily recommend Connells based on my experience.
7th May 2026 (18 days ago)As a mother, I am deeply disappointed with Grey & Co. My baby daughter is only six months old, and we urgently needed a safe place to live. Instead of helping us during such an important and stressful time, they completely wasted our time with false promises and excuses. They showed us several properties and kept saying things like “yes, this should be fine” and gave us hope that we would get the house. Because of this, we waited for days believing everything was moving forward. Then suddenly they came back saying the landlord rejected us or that we were not eligible. It is extremely upsetting to go through this while caring for a six-month-old baby and trying to find a stable home quickly. They showed no urgency, no honesty, and no respect for our situation. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I would never recommend Grey & Co to anyone, especially families in urgent need of housing. They need to shut the businesses that’s all they can do !

He has been so approachable, responsive, and always happy to help with any questions or concerns we’ve had. His support and professionalism really made a difference, and we truly felt looked after. I’m really grateful for all the help and would highly recommend RHW Estates to anyone looking for an agency that genuinely cares about their clients.

We’d had an awful experience with Sanford’s in Regents Park and he completely restored our faith helping us secure a beautiful flat. His communication is top notch I never had to chase for anything and he was always willing to go above and beyond to help provide access when needed to set up utilities. The whole process was fast, smooth and so professional. Thank you Glen and Compton Reeback!

There were a couple of moments that got nervy in the process but Dino handled all sides so professionally that we all got through the purchase very happily. Highly recommend!

16th May 2026 (9 days ago)Extremely disappointed with the service from this agency. I arranged a same-day viewing with Yovin. I arrived on time and parked directly behind his vehicle. The viewing took no more than 5 minutes, but when I stepped outside, a parking attendant was issuing me a ticket. Shockingly, the attendant was speaking with Yovin and did not fine him, despite Yovin not displaying a permit either. Instead of looking out for a client or speaking up, Yovin just stepped in his car without bothering, showing a complete lack of basic professionalism or care. The double standard and indifferent attitude from the agent were incredibly unprofessional. Looked almost like collusion. I will certainly not be dealing with this agency again.

Josh really listened to what I liked/disliked and consistently followed up with relevant properties and viewings over several weeks. With Josh, nothing ever felt like too much trouble.. and I had a lot of Qs! Josh, thank you for making a stressful search that much easier. The whole team have been great at picking up the phone, and I'm really grateful especially to Ben, for really pushing to help us get a viewing, and Kenneth for making sure we were always kept to date throughout the bidding process. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

When one buyer dropped out late in the process the team were super-quick at finding a better replacement. Great expertise, local knowledge and very responsive.

As first-time buyers, we really appreciated the valuable advice he provided for every stage of the purchase journey. His deep knowledge of the market also gave us a lot of confidence. After visiting a flat with him, we felt reassured enough to submit an offer immediately.
