10th Sep 2018 (7 years ago)Do not rent from this company. After renting a high-end property in St Johns Wood, this firm has been a nightmare to deal with. From the start, the condition of the property was sub-par. Despite repeated requests for cosmetic repairs and promises to rectify, these went ignored, then once we moved, they have attempted to claim for items which are clearly visible in the check-in report pictures and the ones we had been asking to be repaired since the start of our tenancy, and at excessive prices. They are not responsive and despite moving out 3 months ago, we still have not received our security deposit back. I would highly recommend you rent from a more reputable and professional firm. Do not trust your money to this agency. We will never rent from them again.
27th May 2026 (21 days ago)I rented a property with this agency in 2024, and although I’m writing this review late, people should be aware of my experience. This was one of the worst agencies I have dealt with. The property was full of cockroaches when I moved in (I did not know before I move in). No proper measures were taken to eradicate them. During the tenancy, they agreed that I could move out, but after that they completely stopped answering calls and emails. Then one day, they suddenly sent me an email claiming I had breached the contract and refused to return my deposit. Very unprofessional and dishonest behavior. I would strongly advise others to avoid this agency.
16th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)Cannot recommend highly enough. To say Michael went above and beyond with what proved to be a more difficult sale would be an understatement. A consummate professional from start to finish he made the experience of selling our property as painless as possible in the circumstances and his communications were excellent. Would not hesitate to use again.
12th Dec 2019 (6 years ago)I had to urgently move apartments due to some safety issues. Jordan Walsh of Parkheath apartment helped me through the process. He was very patient, professional and responsive to my comments. He did a fantastic job! Once I decided on the property, it was very easy to sign up for the lease and the backend office people were also very customer focused. I cannot recommend Jordan and Parkheath enough especially as I am new to the UK and had a safety challenge in my previous apartment so needed to move quickly. These guys are just amazing!
26th Jan 2026 (20 weeks ago)Really strange and rude estate agent, walked in with my wife a few weeks ago and spoke to an elderly man Jonathan who manages this place. He was extremely rude and judged us on our appearance - we weren't dressed like "Hampsteaders" and said he'd follow up with properties and never did. I work in Private Equity alongside my wife, we would have happily closed on a place and made them a good cut. We will go somewhere else.

Have been with them for 6 years and they’re friendly, helpful, reliable, always prompt with any assistance (even during holiday periods), and they’re very transparent and honest, and really understand the market.

11th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have been living in a property managed by Crewys Limited for over 3 months now and honestly it has been one of the best renting experiences I have had so far. The room is amazing and whenever there is any issue in the house we just message in the group chat and it gets sorted quickly. No chasing. What really surprised me though is the weekly communal cleaning, in all the houses I have lived in I have never seen any agency do that and it makes such a big difference when you are living with others. I got the bad gas hob, they replaced the new one within a month. They also maintain the garden from time to time which again is something you do not usually see with most agencies. It is clear they actually care about their properties and the people living in them and the whole experience has been smooth and stress free since day one. If you are looking for a letting agency that is responsive and genuinely looks after their tenants then I would definitely recommend Crewys Limited.

Any issues were handled swiftly and efficiently, communication was always clear, and there was a real sense of trust throughout. If we ever move back to London, we’ll definitely be in touch. xx

8th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had an amazing experience with Hayato. He was extremely kind, polite, and understanding throughout the entire property viewing process. He was very professional and coordinated smoothly with the landlord, making everything clear and stress-free. He was accommodating towards my extremely tight timeline, and managed to work out a deal for me. Unfortunately, due to my tight timeline, I wasn’t able to proceed with the offer, but if I had more time, I definitely would have. I really appreciated his patience and support, and I would highly recommend working with him.
12th Jan 2026 (22 weeks ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.
