Since we live so far away and usually manage to be in London only once a year we needed a professional management agency that is able to look after our place efficiently, amicably, dealing with problems quickly and making sure our tenants are content but also looking after the flat well. We have worked with friendly, trustworthy and efficient property managers and we are especially pleased with our current manager Abida Tasnim!

He was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout, which made what can be quite a stressful process feel much smoother. I especially appreciated that he kept in touch, followed up when needed, and never made me feel under any pressure. He’s not only efficient at what he does, but also very personable and easy to deal with, which made a big difference. I’d happily recommend Samuel to anyone looking for a reliable and approachable estate agent. Thank you again for all your help — it was very much appreciated.

24th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)MISREPRESENTATION COSTING HUNDREDS IN LEGAL FEES - Absolutely appalling experience. This is the second time I’ve tried to work with this agency, and both times the information provided in the listings has been completely misleading. • First, a studio advertised at £325k was pushed on me as £350k (apparrently the sellers would only take £350,000 but advertised it at a lower fee, fully wasting my time), with the agency claiming falsely that the space could be divided when a studio structurally can't be turned into a one bed, particularly considering how small that specific property was • Second, another property explicitly advertised as a share of freehold—confirmed multiple times by the agency, on the website listing AND on the Gov.uk title register—turned out to involve a proposed underlease, not the actual title, - NOT EVEN A LEASEHOLD - after I had already spent hundreds of pounds in legal fees to open the case as they refused to let me see the documents beforehand. This agency provided misleading information that caused unnecessary costs. Not posting in my name to protect my privacy but I would not recommend this agency to anyone and will never use them again

Despite several external delays that were outside of everyone’s control, Alessandra remained fully committed to supporting us in completing the agreement. She was proactive and consistently took action to help move the process forward including consistently chasing third party operators. Even when we faced external obstacles that could have slowed everything down, she did everything within her capacity to mobilise the necessary steps and accommodate our requests.<br><br>Hanan was equally diligent and supportive. She ensured that both the tenant’s and the landlord’s rights were protected and handled appropriately. She provided clear guidance on both minor and major matters and was consistently responsive, even at short notice.

She made everything much easier and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Her support and organization really reduced the stress of moving. I truly appreciate her help and would highly recommend her and the agency to anyone who needs assistance with moving.

It was a lengthy and complex conveyance, and had it not been for Hiten's approach, it would have been a longer more stressful process. Hiten was professional, proactive and highly responsive. Even though clearly he was working in the sellers best interests, he dealt with all parties fairly and appropriately. When we come to sell the property we would be happy to work with him and the estate agents again. Thank you!
