1st Sep 2025 (1 year ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

He always replied to messages swiftly – even on his day off – and we had complete faith in him. His advice was sound and timely and despite a nightmare journey through the conveyancing, he was determined to get us through to a successful sale. 24th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)You hear so much negativity around Estate Agents usually, much of it justified, however David from Skilton & Hogg was the antithesis of this view!<br><br>He was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and approachable – which are some of the words I would use to describe him. From the onset, he clearly explained his pricing mechanism (and it was very reasonable too; he was considerably cheaper than other high street competitors). He moved at pace, arranged the marketing very swiftly, and we had two offers within 48 hours, one of which was accepted. He kept us updated throughout the process and was always available for any questions or queries.<br><br>All in all, we would thoroughly recommend David and would have no hesitation in using him again in the future!! Great Job David ????????????????????????
