1st Sep 2025 (1 year ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

He always replied to messages swiftly – even on his day off – and we had complete faith in him. His advice was sound and timely and despite a nightmare journey through the conveyancing, he was determined to get us through to a successful sale. We wpuld thoroughly recommend recommend Marcus and Life Investments Estate Agency.
14th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)Took 1 week of phone calls, emails to convince I could afford the rental. Finally got a viewing for 10am. Phone call from Grace at 9:30am saying sorry could we postpone to 10:30am as dont have the keys. But I drove past ar 9:45 and saw the estate agents opening the gates. 10am another phone call, this time from the office and Sophia saying sorry need to postpone indefinateltly due to unforeseen circumstances.<br>Next day the property marked as Let agreed.<br>No phone call, nothing. Disgusting, appauling way to treat people, dishonest. Would not recommend Daventry office!!!!!
