16th Nov 2018 (7 years ago)I had a great experience with Victorstone in Shoreditch. My flat was empty with another agent for weeks. I then instructed Victorstone and they rented my flat to 4 professionals within a couple of days. Really impressed with their conduct.
5th Aug 2013 (12 years ago)The worst agency I've encountered during my property search. Attempted to force me into meeting their financial adviser before they'd accepted my offer on a 'fictitious' property they were advertising. An illegal practice. Steer well clear, these jokers will claim you have to be on there 'pre-approved' buyers list before they show you anything and then hounded me for days. Absolute cowboys and a disgrace to the industry. Steer clear!
27th Oct 2020 (5 years ago)We used D&G, in our case Paul Gunn, to find and rent the property first and for the regular maintenance and issues during our stay. Service was professional and very good, no surprises and all very clear allowing us to start our rental with no problems and quite easily and maintenance when we had some minor issues, including a minor leak, has always been very fast and efficient, often mere hours away. End of tenancy was swift and effortless too, with the deposit returned with no issues in a few days. Highly recommended.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

I recommend him very highly as is fully informed, thoughtful, considerate and prompt and reliable as well as being a genuinely pleasant professional, and have nothing except parise for him!

16th Apr 2023 (2 years ago)Worst Experience I have ever had in London. After 3 months that the tenancy agreement ended. I am still waiting for a deposit of £3k to come back to me I rented a place with JC Living and the communication has been so unprofessional and disjointed. They don't provide any service unless when it comes to asking for money. They keep changing staff from their side so there is no point of contact. Awful agency. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

I can vouch that the team at Highams Park were respectful, knowledgeable, approachable, polite, professional, and diligent through the process of valuing, advertising, showing, and selling our house. They were exactly the same with supporting us in the purchase of our new home, from the initial viewing to completion. Thanks especially to Jon and Freddie.
3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.
6th Dec 2022 (3 years ago)Excellent service. We decided to take our property offline for personal reasons but while Ryan and his team were marketing our flat we received excellent service. They are a hard working, efficient and driven team. I never had to follow up with them, they provided us continual feedback and kept us appraised of any market updates. If you’re tired of dealing with young/inexperienced estate agents from big companies then I would recommend giving these guys a shot!

I would wholeheartedly recommend CSG and "Charlie" in particular for his dedication and commitment for a speedy and efficacious completion.
