I had to urgently move apartments due to some safety issues. Jordan Walsh of Parkheath apartment helped me through the process. He was very patient, professional and responsive to my comments. He did a fantastic job! Once I decided on the property, it was very easy to sign up for the lease and the backend office people were also very customer focused. I cannot recommend Jordan and Parkheath enough especially as I am new to the UK and had a safety challenge in my previous apartment so needed to move quickly. These guys are just amazing!... Poor service, very disappointed. They got our address and rents wrong in the tenancy agreement, luckily we spotted this but this is so unprofessional! Everytime we have questions, they have never replied on time, and even when they did they were in a very reluctant manner. This become worse after signing the agreement.
