They were direct and upfront about how to price it and the strategy for getting serious buyers in for viewings. Their team flooded the flat with people, leading to several serious offers, some in excess of asking price. When things became challenging during a long chain process, Roberto was incredibly supportive, working very hard to reassure people on both sides of the chain and keep things moving. The agents were proactive in finding me the right buyer and acheived the price I wanted. Both Stephanie and Resit were very professional, helpful and informative, with both performing their duties to a high standard. Stephanie was very engaging and my interactions with her made the experience enjoyable. I asked for a quick sale and I am happy to say they found me a buyer who was able to complete the purchase in five weeks.
