21st May 2026 (18 days ago)I have rented a few flats in London and Bristol, and I can confidently say the service from Chesterstons was exceptional, particularly from Marco Caimi. I was away during the process and had some circumstances which created quite a few issues. I think many estate agents would have simply told me it wasn't going to happen and would have proceeded with another tenant. Marco went above and beyond to make sure I could still secure the flat, which he really did not have to do. Honestly, nothing but excellent. I couldn't recommend more!- 7th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Grace was a super star! Helped me so much to find a property and I couldn’t recommend her higher!! I had the misfortune of losing both of my parents in quick succession, which has led me to dealing with Anthony until only relatively recently. Not only is Anthony dedicated, reliable and personable, but he is clued up about the market expectations and pricing. He delivers without fail and goes above and beyond to help with a kind manner about him. I know why my parents chose him and I have utmost confidence in him as he made a stressful situation seamless.

Lui was fantastic to work with during our rental search in London. He was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Lui if you’re looking for a rental in London.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

From my first enquiry, they were responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. All my questions were answered quickly and clearly, and I always felt up to date with what was happening. Stephen arranged viewings at times that suited me, handled the paperwork efficiently, and guided me through every step of the application and referencing process. What I expected to be stressful ended up being simple and straightforward, thanks to their organisation and clear communication. Move-in was just as easy: contracts were prepared promptly, details were explained in plain language, and any small issues were dealt with immediately. I’m now settled in my new flat and couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled. I would highly recommend Sanders Property to anyone looking to rent. 31st Mar 2026 (10 weeks ago)Dreadful company: the Lettings manager, Mubeen, was so charming when he wanted the listing, but, once he got it, he then proved inefficient and uninterested. The company has a revolving door of young, inexperienced people, so landlords don’t know who to contact, even during a let. We had to sort out all the problems ourselves and keep in contact with the tenants, as, like us, they couldn’t never get through to the assigned agent, who was changed the day after arrival anyway. Mubeen and his team are masters in ghosting clients and payments were late. We had damage we reported with photos, but never heard back from Foxton’s. Awful, unprofessional company. Best use a different agency, there are plenty out there.
