15th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Tim was fantastic - called us within 30 minutes of us putting the submission through Get A Agent and I believe we saw him the next day. We did end up achieving a higher sale price than he appraised our property for, but it was under offer in 5 days so we were very happy all around. Would recommend
29th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)Wasted my time going with them. Inflated price meant few viewings and no interest. Went else where having lost a couple of months of selling possibilities. Basically greed over reality.

The whole team was great, but I especially want to mention Lee and Arzu – they were both so kind, genuine and professional throughout the process of finding a flat for me and my partner in East London. It made everything much less stressful knowing I was dealing with people I could really trust. I’d happily recommend them to anyone.
23rd Apr 2021 (5 years ago)Rented through Anthony Garfield for a few years. There were no disasters but I couldn't recommend them. Pros: they fixed most issues promptly and we got our deposit back. Cons: they weren't professional when it came to inventories and tenancy agreements. Customer service was normally either defensive or combative. You got the impression that they just see tenants as an inconvenience involved in collecting their commission.
16th Nov 2018 (7 years ago)I had a great experience with Victorstone in Shoreditch. My flat was empty with another agent for weeks. I then instructed Victorstone and they rented my flat to 4 professionals within a couple of days. Really impressed with their conduct.
22nd Apr 2021 (5 years ago)Could improve communication with tenants and be more present for the details during the signature. The agency has a transactional relationship with the tenant. The manager is nice/personable, however. Update: To respond to your reply, the agents didn’t agree to slightly adjust the terms of the contract and I never received the digital copy of the contract that was agreed to be sent. There was no particular service, the service was transactional. Note that the reason there were so many phone calls is because I needed to get confirmation / a signed contract. Service was fine so I gave 3 stars, it isn’t a bad rating but it could be better on the tenant side. A bit odd to react this way though, surely it’s best to understand how to do better? Thank you.

13th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)Save yourself from this agency.<br><br>They let me an uninhabitable property in Hayes, and I had to go through so much because of them (even had to file a complaint to the council). I ended up living at my friend's house, losing more than £1.1K GBP, and the mental toll it took on me for over a month is indescribable.<br><br>The guy Sheng just never replied to so many attempts of calls or messages (which wasn't the case prior to taking the property, which was made all pleasant during the viewing!)<br><br>They eventually made me cancel the council complaint too, by creating a condition that they will not let the property further until it was cancelled, thus costing me even more money than i already lost (mentioned above).<br><br>Wish I could give negative stars to this agency.

2nd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)I have been very happy with Lion Wolf. I tried one of the more traditional estate agents to sell my shared ownership flat but was not impressed with their efforts. Lion Wolf were far more proactive in trying to find a buyer and much more forthcoming with feedback. The terrible shared ownership system meant I couldn’t sell, but once I was in a position to rent it out, I knew they were the best people to engage. They found a tenant quickly and are also quick to communicate any issues with the flat and sort them out promptly, which means I have little to worry about. I would recommend them.
