20th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)Scott at RHW Estate was honestly great helping me and my friends move into our new flat on Finchley Road. He was always really quick to reply and answered all our questions clearly, which made everything feel a lot less stressful. He was super accommodating with viewings too, arranging a few different times so we could all make it work around our schedules. He also chased things up with the landlord and got back to us quickly whenever we had any requests or wanted changes. When we moved in, the flat was really clean and the inventory was clearly done—they made sure we were happy with everything before settling in. He even helped us sort out utilities, which we really appreciated. What stood out is that they’re just the letting agents, not even the managing agents, but Scott still went above and beyond for us. Overall just a really great service—would definitely recommend.

30th Apr 2026 (4 days ago)Property agent communicated until the rental agreement was signed. No response to any queries or maintainence after which was irresponsible and negligent. Even trying to end tenancy after was a nightmare with sly and underhanded approches to extend the lease solely for their profit. A real warning to both landlords and tenants to choose more ethical letting agencies to amange your housing needs.

During these 8 years Anthony has been consistent in his care & understanding of all the needs that have arisen. He is professional & efficient while having empathy for every changing circumstances. I would highly recommend Global House Estates as a renter. You will be listen to and taken care of.

Lui was fantastic to work with during our rental search in London. He was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Lui if you’re looking for a rental in London.

I have been looking for a place for so long and she managed to find me the perfect one bedroom apartment, she knows I have been fussy however there hasn't been much on the market recently and once I got the call she guided me through the whole process from start to finish I could not thank her enough and would recommend anyone who is looking please go to her! great estate agents to work with would recommend
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He was very helpful and knowledgeable during the viewing, and it was refreshing to meet an agent who genuinely highlighted the merits of the flat. We had previously viewed properties with other firms where the agents lacked enthusiasm, so Ali stood out. Communication was swift and professional throughout. Thank you again for a positive experience.

13th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)a truly horrible experience with the lettings team- 31st Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Dreadful company: the Lettings manager, Mubeen, was so charming when he wanted the listing, but, once he got it, he then proved inefficient and uninterested. The company has a revolving door of young, inexperienced people, so landlords don’t know who to contact, even during a let. We had to sort out all the problems ourselves and keep in contact with the tenants, as, like us, they couldn’t never get through to the assigned agent, who was changed the day after arrival anyway. Mubeen and his team are masters in ghosting clients and payments were late. We had damage we reported with photos, but never heard back from Foxton’s. Awful, unprofessional company. Best use a different agency, there are plenty out there.

Prompt replies make the communications easier and much appreciated. The rates are within range of local competition, but the options available (within the price range of interest) is very competitive.
