30th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Fantastic. Selling a house can be scary. I'd lived in my house for 33 years and process has changed so much. By Jackie and Marie held my hand the whole way. When I asked for advise it was given in a kind manner not a hard we know best way. Everything was explained so I could understand it. They even spoke to the solicitors for me. I truly felt in safe hand. Our house sold in a good time at the wanted price. Totally recommend them.
3rd May 2024 (2 years ago)Really good local knowledge which is key and communication was excellent with the use of my propertyfile. All agents were well informed and always helpful. The selling fee amounts to a lot but you get what you pay for so it was worth it to get me a buyer quite quickly at an acceptable price.

30th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)To be fair I did not know about BenSiggins until I signed up with GetAgent. Kevin Dennett was my main point of contact. I had a meeting with him and he explained everything that I needed to know in a short space of time. He was very professional as were the other people at BenSiggins that I had contact with. My late parent’s house was put on the market very shortly after our meeting. There were several viewings during the next two to three weeks. I had a reasonable offer from a first time buyer with no chain at all and I accepted it. This was all done within 6 weeks or so. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending BenSiggins and would defiantly use them again in the future should the need arise. Steve Rebindaine
22nd Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Absolutely exceptional. Tessa and her team are remarkable. Professional and highly experienced nothing is too much trouble for them. They truly take an interest and make the whole process from beginning to end seamless. I also appreciate the very personal touch like welcome packs etc with a lot of helpful information to familiarise you with the new area you are moving into. Sadly we have now vacated the premises after nearly 3 years and the same excellence had been shown in finalising everything. Well done to you all.

He is incredibly sharp and knowledgable within his job, and was patient with me every step of the way. You can see he has a very kind soul which is rare nowadays, and it was a pleasure to work with him. 7th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)When it comes to choosing an estate agent, it is imperative that you select an agent that is capable of delivering all aspects of the sales process. Finding the buyer(s), managing the offer(s) and getting to a sales memorandum is only the start and in many cases the easy bit! What happens next is where the magic happens and where Fine&Country excel. Many property sales these days involve buyers conducting multiple surveys; building, electrical, gas, oil, solar, drains, sewage, water products eg pools, jacuzzi, wood burner/chimney, radon gas. The output from these surveys can be overwhelming for both the potential buyers and sellers. Fine&Country help manage the resulting back and forth enquiries both professionally and with care, ensuring both parties remain engaged and that sensible outcomes are achieved. Many other Agencies would leave this process entirely between the buyer and seller which could either dramatically increase the time to completion or worst case result in no sale. Fine&Country level of care throughout the sale process is exemplary and I highly recommend them to get the job done, so like us, you can move on with your life!- 19th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Richard, Sophie & Jane were absolutely amazing during the sale of our house. 9th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)Update-on viewing a different property recently Liam apologised for the missed viewing. He then made himself immediately available to show me the property I wanted to see in Jan 26 and 4 others in the same block even through this was not booked and he was pushed for time. I hope we can both now put this incident behind us and move on.<br><br>I traveled 225 miles to view and Liam didn’t turn up. I called their office, left a voice mail and they didn’t return my call even though the office was open because I passed later in the day and popped in. The lady did apologise but insinuated it was my fault because I booked the viewing approx. 4 weeks earlier. Still no call from Liam to this day.

From the very beginning to the end of the process, he was incredibly gracious, patient and helpful. David took the time to answer my questions about the property and guide me through the process, which made everything feel much more straightforward and manageable.<br><br>I really appreciated the team's professionalism, responsiveness and willingness to help whenever I needed clarification. Thank you for making the experience such a positive one!
16th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Just our personal experience, but unfortunately didn’t have a great one with the multiple people we spoke to. Though at first we found them welcoming, as the process went on, we found the communication to be poor. They’d often not accurately, or at all, relay information to the tenant, asked us to agree to terms that weren’t practice, and also became quite forceful and felt like they tried to “guilt trip” us as the process went on. Again, just our experience, however I would avoid working with them in the future as they made an already stressful experience far worse.

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.

We both bought and sold through them, and the whole experience was professional, friendly and straight forward from start to finish.<br><br>One thing that really stood out to us when choosing an agent was the quality of their property photographs. They present all their houses beautifully and really set themselves apart from the competition.<br><br>Communication throughout was excellent, and we always felt looked after and kept informed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Damian and Zac. A fantastic service all round x
