Even in difficult market conditions they are positive about Sales.
9th Jun 2026 (14 weeks ago)We have just sold our property and bought a new home both with Hunter’s at Kendal We have dealt mainly with Ellie who is so very helpful, nothing is too much trouble she is definitely a valuable asset to the company. Having spoken and dealt with other staff members at Kendal I can honestly say that they are a wonderful team. Everything has gone smoothly and we are moving next week, a huge thank you to Hunters.

I was in safe hands when I did, from start to finish they kept me aware of everything that was going on at every stage of the process. This service gave me a feeling of reasurance and confidence in the company and staff! I don't know if they are lucky recruiting the right staff or have a fantastic training courses, but whatever it is keep it up you are doing the right thing.

A hardworking team, all ready and able to take away the hassle and stress often associated with house selling. They are all undaunted with the problems of selling our house, actively searching for appropriate buyers and weeding out those who are not relevant, as well as aging the best price. We cannot mark them less than excellent.

If we could give them 10 stars, we would! There is no weak link on this team. We would hire them over and over again for any type of property need. They truly care about their clients and do the very best job possible! We are so grateful we found them in 2022 and highly recommend them for any and all services they offer!!

22nd Aug 2026 (26 days ago)I was a bit apprehensive about selling the property as it was my late Parents house but I could my fault J H Homes, the service was excellent. From the outset they made you feel valued the advice they gave using local knowledge meant that we achieved a sale at a price in excess of what the other two agents we had approached had suggested marketing the property at. They even found a buyer before it went in the open market by using their local contacts.- 23rd Jan 2024 (2 years ago)I recently put my house up for let with Corrie and co. Laura and Cathy were fantastic keeping me informed all the way and finding tenants for my house very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again. Excellent estate agents.
1st Sep 2026 (16 days ago)When I requested information regarding about some rental properties it kept coming back with an error. The requests must have sent and I had a patronising email back saying ‘thank you for your numerous enquiries’. I let that slide by and tried to get a viewing, which took ages for a response. I was working away on the days they requested, I asked for any other dates, received zero response. I emailed a week after asking again for alternative dates with zero response. It was like I was pestering them to view a house. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this letting agents.

Learning point for us in selling in future was the first valuation was higher than other agents had valued the home as and, in hindsight, we probably should have questioned that more as we ended up over time needing to knock a chunk of money off and think we’d have sold the house much quicker if the valuation had been closer to what we ended up selling the house for- 2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Great service and fast sale with excellent communications

The whole process of selling our property was managed professionally and courteously and the many set backs suffered (through no fault of themselves) were dealt with efficiently and considerately. They are all very professional and personable and were prepared to "go the extra mile' to help make the experience as painless as possible. We have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

20th Jun 2026 (13 weeks ago)So glad we chose Katrina as our agent. Selling a property can be very stressful but right from the start the enthusiasm and service was beyond. Always available, I don't know how she has any time to herself. Great advice and communication between ourselves and the buyer got things done smoothly. Dan was also fully up to speed on the rare occasion when Katrina couldn't pick up. These guys really put the effort into selling your house.
