12th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)My husband and I have been very impressed by James's diligence, efficiency, hard work and courtesy when selling our home for us. We were very happy that the buyers also then put their trust in James for selling their home, making the process smooth, and seamless with James 'at the helm' . He was then chasing three lots of solicitors , and other parties and certainly kept us up to date and informed with what we needed to know at every stage. (whilst professionally maintaining confidentiality for the other involved parties). James made himself available to answer any emails, texts and phone calls as needed, very quickly. Other Acquire staff were also on hand to help if occasionally needed, and messages between staff were passed on seamlessly. Overall, probably the best experience we have had with different Estate agents , over the years. We hope that the excellent service that we have received is noted by management. Thank you , James. 9th May 2024 (11 days ago)Excellent service from start to finish.All the staff are amazing.They are friendly and supportive through out my buying process.i always had great experiences with them.Especially Denise was very supportive and regularly updating with me and answered all my questions.I felt very stress free until i got the keys.They are the best.
19th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)Property on the market for over 6 months only 4 viewings felt like they forget about selling our property. They didn't stay in contact with us and there only advice was to drop the asking price, we might have considered a lower price but they needed to generate interest through there marketing. We haven't sold our property yet and are considering our options.

Her communication was faultless throughout and she made mine and my partners journey of buying our first house feel so much smoother and easier. Georgina understood what we were after when originally viewing properties with Spencer’s and sent us listings based off what we mentioned to her… we in fact brought a house she had sent to us rather then ones we were seeing online! Georgina always went above and beyond for us and nothing was ever too much hassle, She is such an asset to Spencer’s and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy!

Having had experiences with others agents in the area safe to say that Middletons went above and beyond our expectations. Paul was very proffesional when valuing our property and managed expectations well. And Julie and the team are very efficient and fantastic with keeping you update step by step. Buying or selling a house can be so stressful, but the team at Middletons made our journey a lot easier and we are forever grateful for that. If we could give 6 stars, we would!

18th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)It was the worst experience I have ever had with this company. I’m shocked!! They told me to send them my lease the landlord is interested in your business. I have provided all the requirements perfectly. Suddenly they called me and told me the landlord has chosen another tenant in private apart from the company and has decided to give it to another tenant. I have paid for expenses in lease preparations everything was perfect! I think it is the agents fault !!! But when a property, unit owner r a shop is given to a company only this company can do the renting or selling process… this is a big lie and it’s really a shame for this company..

29th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)Alexander's have been fantastic from the beginning of the process right through until the end of the process. During the stressful moments Alexander's was always there when i needed them for reassurance and advice. Having not moving house for over 20 years i forgot how emotional and stressful it was. Nothing was ever too much for them and they often chased things up for me and kept me well informed. Molly is fantastic and will do everything she can to help with any problems or issues you may have and chased things up where ever possible. The whole team is fantastic. At the beginning when i first asked different estate agents to value my property they all seemed to be at a loss as to what to value my property at. Alexander's knew exactly what they was talking about and gave me a full explanation how they valued the property and they was very professional and their valuation was bang on the dot. My property was sold very quickly and in fact i had a choice of people that i could sell it to. Now that we have moved into our new house and starting to settle we are as happy as bunnies. Obviously Alexander's are a business who needs to earn money, however compared to other estate agents out there they are worth every penny and in my opinion far more professional and caring. If you want a realistic valuation from a company that you can absolutely trust 100 percent. If you want a company that cares and goes the extra mile to to help and reassure you whenever possible then Alexander's estate agents is who i would definitely highly recommend. Nothing was ever too much trouble when calling, each of the team being extremely good and conscientious whenever we called and all matters were dealt with rapidly and efficiently. Dealing with the team certainly changed my mind on that there is lot more to selling a house than it just appearing on "Right Move".
