Poor service, very disappointed. They got our address and rents wrong in the tenancy agreement, luckily we spotted this but this is so unprofessional! Everytime we have questions, they have never replied on time, and even when they did they were in a very reluctant manner. This become worse after signing the agreement. We had to chase them 5 days just to know when the inventory check is done. it was so frustrated. 0 services, 0 care, 0 manner.... Read more

Worst Experience I have ever had in London. After 3 months that the tenancy agreement ended. I am still waiting for a deposit of £3k to come back to me I rented a place with JC Living and the communication has been so unprofessional and disjointed. Firstly I met Saphia who drove from Eltham to Whitstable to show me around a property. She was professional polite and knew the property in side out showing various little extras. Saphia told me exactly what was being left in the property and also the best way to proceed. When it was time to close the deal Alex came again from Eltham to Whitstable and stayed with me throughout the whole process of buying my lodge which was around 4 hours. I had to go into town and contact my bank which took longer than expected. Alex was still waiting with a smile and never once made me feel like I was putting him out. I felt supported from start to finish. I cannot recommend this company enough.. If I had a property in London.. Or the South East I wouldn't not hesitate to contact Equity... Honest..
