The whole process of applying for a tenancy, viewings and dealing with the organisation of a lease can be very stressful but Helen was extremely helpful and made the process as easy as it could be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the services of Fisher German.

Throughout the whole process, Steph, Abby and Sarah displayed utmost professionalism and were with prompt information and action. No question was deemed too silly to ask and any external concerns were dealt with good, experienced advice and reassurance. Most importantly they recognised that this move was painful & sad and the team acted with empathy and compassion. Something that is rare to find nowadays... Something I am very grateful for...

Thanks to Jackie and the entire team, we found our forever home without any stress. The entire process took just six weeks, from our initial viewing to completion, which was incredible! Whenever we needed assistance, whether it was accessing the house before the exchange or addressing any concerns, there was always someone available to help. Jackie was an absolute delight to work with; she was always helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Their customer service is truly exceptional! Highly recommend!

Having dealt with several other estate agents during my search, including one purchase with another agent that progressed quite far before falling through with little support provided from that particular agent, I can honestly say the service at Hunters stood out. Vicky, Marissa and team were consistently friendly, responsive, and proactive throughout the process. They were quick to address any questions or concerns, providing clear updates and helping everything move along smoothly and efficiently. Their support made the stress of house buying feel much more manageable. I would definitely recommend them — thank you again!

17th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)We recently sold our house with Richard Lowth & Co and were delighted with the customer service and professionalism we received. Nothing was too much trouble and Janet and Emily were extremely helpful in guiding us through the whole process and in particular in presenting the house for the photographs and also viewings. They continued their excellent customer service once we had sold (which was within three weeks) by proactively keeping us updated at every step of the way from the top to the bottom of the chain. We can't thank them enough and can highly recommend them without hesitation.

Very unprofessional to not put me on hold whilst discussing across the office details of the property and information which breaches GDPR. Abruptly ended the call in a rude and disrespectful manner when I asked for further information as the Rightmove advert did not correlate to what the agent was saying. Such a shame as have always heard good things, appreciate everyone is busy and the call started off nicely but very disrespectful to end.

It was certainly stressful at times due to issues at the start of the chain which were beyond our control. Daniel & Hulme kept us updated, supported us and always had time to discuss any queries. A big shout out to Alison for all your time and patience. In conclusion, we cannot thank you all enough.

7th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)I have been a tenant in a property managed by Rooftops Hale for the past 6 years and found them to be exemplary. Both with the swift resolution a couple of things I had contacted them about and with keeping the property up to date with being compliant with the safety regulations. They have been a pleasure to deal with, friendly professional and quick to respond. The contractors used by Rooftops have all been pleasant and professional and able to accommodate timing of visits to my requirements. I don't think I would have stayed as long in the property if the agents weren't as good to deal with as Angela and Karen have been.

Adam stood out from day one: professional, knowledgeable and hands-on. He attended nearly every viewing, provided immediate and constructive feedback, and made subtle but very effective changes to our marketing. His communication was excellent — evenings, weekends, and helpful voice notes — which worked perfectly for us with work and young children. He genuinely went the extra mile, even attending our home to allow surveyors in when we couldn’t. Adam guided us not only on the sale but also offered great advice for our onward purchase. His attention to detail, enthusiasm and commitment made the whole process smoother. We’d absolutely use him again and highly recommend him.
