26th May 2026 (20 days ago)Haven't even viewed the property yet and have already shown red flags, no photos of the home but demands a garantor before you could even want to view. And very rude, no regard for working scheduals for prospective renters, never asked availability before booking in for a viewing sent us an appointment we where unable to do due to work! After telling them this they replied with well this is the only appointment available due to high interest after not contacting us for nearly 2 weeks, extremely unprofessional behaviour and shows red flags in the way they conduct buisness I feel very sorry for the landlord using them, if this is how they are treating prospective tennants already before a viewing can't imagine how they treat them when they sign the tenancy. They don't even end an email with the person your talking too, I'd advise landlords to avoid this company if they want decent renters and want to keep them.

Every time we needed something, no matter how small or how complicated, she was always there for us. She has never left us without help, not even once. Through all the repairs, the work in the house, the appointments, the problems that came up — she stood by us every single time. It means a lot to have someone who listens, who understands, and who truly cares about the tenants. Thanks to Mrs. Paula, everything was handled professionally, quickly, and with kindness. We appreciate her more than words can say. We also want to thank our landlord, who has been amazing as well — truly 10 out of 10. Both Mrs. Paula and our landlord have shown us respect, patience and support, and we are very grateful for that. Thank you for always being there for us. You made a big difference.

10th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Stay away from this agent.Was renting a flat for 3 years,did loads of improvement pay with my own money,never late with rent.Now lm fighting for my deposit to be return because one wall was paited to "dark" and owen not clean. Lorrain very unprofesional and lying about stuff ,no anwsers to emails,playing victim when confronted,make sure you get all in emails not over the phone to have a proof!Should be zero star rating!!!

16th May 2026 (30 days ago)Over-valued the property despite being told it was a complete renovation project and mortgage would be difficult to get. Our own valuation - about which the agent was sceptical and scoffed at us - turned out to be spot on.
2nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)a horrible company to work with. do not go here. useless at picking up phone calls. pass all there work to overseas virtual assistance who help you with nothing. they are a scam company, disorganized, rude and they still haven't refunded payments to me thats owed over 4 months. will take to small claims court if the payments are not cleared within the week of this review. The owner should be ashamed of this set up. I have 120 properties and worked with multiple agents over my businesses and this is by far the worst. they are a joke and i wouldn't be surprised if they didn't have proper compliance and insurance structurer behind there company set up. do not work with them.
