Sheena bush has been incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole process. We feel she has always provided honest and accurate advise. Joeley took outstanding images and presented the property in its best light.
15th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)This company took over the running of my apartment 2 years into my tenancy. They failed to carry out any maintenance of issues that I reported to them, beyond sending somebody out to look at it and make a note of it. However, they also managed to bump up my rent 3 times in the 3 years of them taking over my tenancy, before telling me that the apartment was now going up for sale. Of course, they then decided to with hold £540 of my deposit, for apparent 'Cleaning'. Yet 24 hours afterwards they had sent work men to completely rip up the floor, repaint the walls in a new colour, and rip out all of the unites. So, I feel like I have been charged for the refurbishment of the apartment as to increase it's likelihood of selling . As the apartment was left in exactly the same state as I found it, bar the few items I failed to move out. Good luck selling the apartment because Soho has extended right under the flat and thus the entire apartment vibrates at night. While every other week there's sewage dripping through the ceiling into both the corridor outside, and the apartment itself.

31st Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Kirsty who works in Prescot branch. She helped me so much, I was nervous, upset and worried of how I was going to get a new home. She explained every step of the journey, telling me not to worry all the time, she kept updating me daily on the progress and made me feel happy, regardless of how many times I text and rang her she was always willing and happy to help. I am not at the moment of moving in my new furniture, which I am so relieved and the process as been quick and now I can finally get some sleep. All the staff in the branch where very helpful at all times. Thank you all for all your help. Especially Kirsty who as helped me throughout in a lovely pleasant manner and smile. You our very lucky to have such a amazing employee. Thanks again Jane

Every time we needed something, no matter how small or how complicated, she was always there for us. She has never left us without help, not even once. Through all the repairs, the work in the house, the appointments, the problems that came up — she stood by us every single time. It means a lot to have someone who listens, who understands, and who truly cares about the tenants. Thanks to Mrs. Paula, everything was handled professionally, quickly, and with kindness. We appreciate her more than words can say. We also want to thank our landlord, who has been amazing as well — truly 10 out of 10. Both Mrs. Paula and our landlord have shown us respect, patience and support, and we are very grateful for that. Thank you for always being there for us. You made a big difference.

10th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)Stay away from this agent.Was renting a flat for 3 years,did loads of improvement pay with my own money,never late with rent.Now lm fighting for my deposit to be return because one wall was paited to "dark" and owen not clean. Lorrain very unprofesional and lying about stuff ,no anwsers to emails,playing victim when confronted,make sure you get all in emails not over the phone to have a proof!Should be zero star rating!!!
16th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)I would highly recommend, without reservation, Moscrops as a letting agent.<br><br>My wife and I had previously employed another Wirral letting agent to manage 2 properties over a number of years. They were chosen by default as we had bought one of the properties through their sales department.<br><br>As long as the rent was paid we presumed all was well....until a tenant vacated property 1 without returning the keys. Given the let's condition, it was clear there had been no regular inspections. The repair costs and other related bills exceeded £15,000.<br><br>After many weeks undertaking the repairs ourselves and determined not to repeat our mistake, we considered our options.<br><br>Having worked Moscrops some years ago, I realised they would be an obvious choice. Coincidentally, former neighbours, who own a good sized property portfolio, concurred that Moscrops had provided them with the best service of all the Wirral agents they had employed.<br><br>Moscrops professionalism, helpfulness and attention to detail could not be in more marked contrast to our previous agent. If we had appointed them earlier, their advice and guidance could have saved us considerable time and money renovating property 1. With their help, property 2 was cost effectively restored to marketable condition.<br><br>We have appreciated their:<br><br>Genuine approachability and friendliness.<br><br>Comprehensive and thorough letting documentation and 'by the book' checks to ensure full and ongoing compliance with letting regulations.<br><br>Access to a pool of vetted trades people to quickly turn properties around and maintain them at reasonable cost.<br><br>Thorough and considered marketing and vetting of tenants.<br><br>Tax compliant breakdowns of rent and charges on a monthly basis.<br><br>Regime of regular property inspections.<br><br>Moscrops have restored our faith in having a managing agent. I always felt listened to and their communication was second to none. In particular, Angela and Norbert stood out as providing exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend them!
