8th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)Amanda at Abode was so helpful , friendly and informative from the start. I also had dealings with Lynn, Ann and Rachel who were also very helpful. I would recommend Abode as an Estate agent as staff were always accessible by phone or email if we had any queries.
14th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)We’ve only been living here since the start of September after paying since july and we’ve had an unbelievable amount of issues.<br>on arrival the flat was not cleaned at all, there was cake left from previous tenants above the cabinets, grime everywhere that we had to clean up. address properties told us they tried a new cleaning company and that’s all that was said.<br>there was also a hole in both beds one being replaced the next day the other taking 2-3 weeks. a maintenance worker came and said told us they were aware of it from last year and joked about the next tenants moving in when they first saw it.<br>the washing machine has been mouldy, leaking and not every setting works since moving in and we’ve continuously been told that they are going to fix it. which is a shame as that was one of the things that made us want this accommodation.<br>the extractor fan does not work and the same thing was said to us.<br>many other issues such as holes in the floor, missing paint from the walls, broken fittings, broken window, wifi not reaching half the flat at all, were all reported and barely any has been fixed.<br>we have continuously called asking for updates over the past month and a half and the same thing is said to us.<br>it’s only been two months and i would not recommend this place.

You have shown a high standard of professionalism while facing many difficult and complicated situations.<br>Deb in particular has given 100% commitment and has always responded immediately to resolve any problems I may of had.<br>Your communication and transparency has always been clear which has made me feel involved and comfortable in the knowledge knowing we are all in the best of hands.<br>Wishing you all the best and again a massive 5 star thankyou.

26th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Really positive experience with Belvoir Prescot from viewing the property through to getting everything sorted for moving in.<br><br>James showed us around the property and was friendly, helpful and happy to answer our questions during the viewing. Natalie then handled the rest of the process and made everything straightforward and efficient. Communication was excellent throughout, and whenever we had questions or needed clarification, we received clear and helpful responses.<br><br>The whole process moved very smoothly, and we really appreciated how quickly everything was organised and how well we were kept informed along the way.<br><br>A big thank you to James, Natalie and the Belvoir Prescot team. We’re very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them!
19th May 2024 (2 years ago)We've currently sold the property waiting for it to go through but we knocked 15,000 off the property the garage that was attached to the property the staff thought it was next door and only when my brother was at the property when the couple were viewing he showed them the garage and also took them around the property I do feel tge garage helped with the sale and I did say this all along any way it sold at the reduced price
