26th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)Really positive experience with Belvoir Prescot from viewing the property through to getting everything sorted for moving in.<br><br>James showed us around the property and was friendly, helpful and happy to answer our questions during the viewing. Natalie then handled the rest of the process and made everything straightforward and efficient. Communication was excellent throughout, and whenever we had questions or needed clarification, we received clear and helpful responses.<br><br>The whole process moved very smoothly, and we really appreciated how quickly everything was organised and how well we were kept informed along the way.<br><br>A big thank you to James, Natalie and the Belvoir Prescot team. We’re very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them!- 19th May 2024 (2 years ago)We've currently sold the property waiting for it to go through but we knocked 15,000 off the property the garage that was attached to the property the staff thought it was next door and only when my brother was at the property when the couple were viewing he showed them the garage and also took them around the property I do feel tge garage helped with the sale and I did say this all along any way it sold at the reduced price

She was always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me, never making me feel like just another customer. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she went above and beyond to answer questions and provide support, even though the purchase ultimately didn't happen.<br><br>It's rare to come across such a dedicated and approachable estate agent, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rebecca and the whole Flexi Agent team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
