Annie calmly guided us though several tough decisions based on experience and a feet on the ground, down to earth feel for the market. We’re very happy with the outcome as are our buyers.
14th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)A definite 5 star rating from me. In a more challenging property market, Angie and Nick got us live on Rightmove extremely fast (we already had a valid EPC). Within a few days they had qualified 5 interested parties and suggested they arranged back to back viewings on the Saturday. By the following Monday afternoon we had 3 offers and were guided as to which was the most proceedable. We followed their advice and exchanged yesterday!! All through the process they have been incredibly supportive and the communication has been exceptional. A massive thanks from Debs and I

Despite not being the agent I chose, they have been incredibly supportive throughout my move. Special thanks to Millie and Scott — nothing was ever too much trouble, and their advice and kindness made a huge difference. Warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Truly the best. 17th Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)Went down auction route , communication poor , didn’t return calls , over valued property, when asked to supply solicitors had to chase up to find who was dealing with it ! Not very impressed with whole experience so far , have used Cobham branch before with move and that was brilliant no issues ! Will wait to see final outcome!

Communication with Laura has been great and she has been keeping us updated - also been very helpful when we’ve had any questions or requested information. It’s been a very pleasant experience. The whole process has been very straightforward and I like how Jackie Quinn are very transparent and provide all documentation needed and the process is thorough but feels relaxed. Thanks again! 23rd May 2026 (22 days ago)I first met Lucy when she showed me around the property I have now purchased. From the very beginning, she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Lucy was highly professional whilst maintaining a warm and friendly approach. She was able to answer most of the questions I had regarding the property and, for anything she was unsure of, she ensured I received a response either the same day or shortly afterwards. Lucy went above and beyond throughout the purchasing process, making sure I was never left out of the loop. Regular updates by phone and email meant I always felt informed and reassured during what can often be a stressful time. Her warm, approachable manner made the whole experience far easier to manage and I genuinely felt very well looked after. Even when Lucy was unavailable, her colleague Laura stepped in and ensured I continued to receive excellent support. Nothing was ever too much trouble. 22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I cannot say enough about V&H Homes and specifically Maria at the Ashtead Branch. While they are a smaller independent agent, they will absolutely give you the personalized service that an independent can provide. Give those big estate agents in Surrey a miss, take your business to V&H. The communication throughout the process was exemplary, the dedication to getting the sale was second to none. We had tried to sell previously with the usual suspects in Surrey and none of them could get the sale and it seemed hopeless, V&H got it done in 10 days! There were many times in our sale where things got rocky and Maria went well over and above day in and day out to ensure that everything went through. I truly believe that if we had went with another big establishment high street agent that our sale would not have happened. While Maria was absolutely amazing, we also had interactions with the other associates at Ashtead V&H Homes. When Maria was out of office our file was well looked after, the service didn’t slip at all which is very rare in a sales situation. As I said at the beginning of this review, I really can’t say enough about Maria and V&H. These days reviews are either 5* or 1* and it’s getting more and more difficult to sift through them to make a decision. This is 100% a genuine 5* review. Were there issues in the sales process, of course there were, we were selling a house. But it wasn’t about the issues, it was about how they were handled, the speed at which they were handled, and the fact that when something came up we were never left to worry, V&H were always just a phone call or e-mail away. Thank you so much Maria and V&H Homes for the personalized service and all the time and effort that you spent on our file. We absolutely owe our sale and the fact that we are snugly in our new home all to you! Very best regards, Danny

Jemma and Alia kept me fully informed of the progress and responded to all of my queries promptly. I would recommend the estate agent, Jemma and Alia without reservation.

- 4th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)I cannot thank Jack and Cédric from White and Sons Leatherhead for all their hard work when selling our leasehold flat. They found us a buyer twice after our first one pulled out at the last minute and they then went above and beyond to get us to completion after a couple of hiccups with a tricky lease. Jack especially was always super understanding, kind and professional even in the most frustrating circumstances and I'm so glad I chose them to sell my flat! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell in the area.

Our first buyer pulled out just before we were due to exchange, Hetti managed to find us a new buyer within 2 days of being back on the market! Both Hetti and Lee have been super attentive throughout the process and have been quick to communicate with us. We could not be happier we chose them and that we will soon be moving into our dream home. A huge thank you to Lee and Hetti for all of their hard work!
