Their personal, people-centred approach put us at ease and we felt confident that they would do the same for the buyers. Their knowledge of the local market is matched with national coverage via the online selling platforms. We live outside of the UK and they helped with factors that arise in this situation. We sold our house at above the price quoted by other estate agents whilst paying a commission significantly below what their competitors were asking for. All round, a fine experience and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
9th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Wow, what a journey! Adam stuck with us through thick and thin as we sold two properties and used the money to buy another one in a completely different part of the country. It was a pretty difficult and complicated process, but Adam helped us through it all in such a lovely way. He always made us feel comfortable, and by the end of it, honestly, he felt more like a friend than our estate agent. We’re so grateful for everything he’s done for us and couldn’t recommend him & his team highly enough.
7th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)They have been generally good to deal with and have been efficient. Where there have been minor errors and changes to sort out, these have been dealt with promptly. I have had the complication of being in Hertfordshire selling my sister's property in Brighton. This has been handled well so far .

23rd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Jack Taggart owes me £20,000 for the deposit I gave him for the property we were buying but the sale fell through. He made countless promises to return the money. But no single penny was returned! I went through all legal ways to communicate with him but he ignored all of it. It seems this is a common theme as he been exposed on the Argus.
