31st Jul 2026 (5 days ago)I recently sold my first house through Hunters. I was wanted a quick sale and from the initial meeting with Tony, this was something he thought would be easily achievable. The house was on the market and completed within 3 months much to my satisfaction. The team Lou, Cerys and Amy couldn’t have been more supportive and were always on hand and quick to make sure the whole process was as smooth as possible. If you are looking to sell I property I would definitely recommend them.

22nd Jul 2026 (14 days ago)I used mortgage advisor Cem to get onto the property ladder.<br>Cem has been a great support during a very difficult process, answering every query and worry call/email; being honest and upfront which has helped me to learn and develop my knowledge of the market process and still remaining supportive and positive for me with what I had chosen.<br>I was able to trust Cem to do what was best for me and my circumstances; changing the mortgage deal to get me a better rate. I am not worrying so much about what money I have leftover.<br>Furthermore, Cem has encouraged a meeting next year to plan ahead for my mortgage renewal. This helps my neurodiverse brain; no last minute stress and pressure if it was left until last minute and, helps me to financial plan.<br>Thank you Cem for all your help.
8th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)You have to submit ALL your details to be able to even ask for a viewing. Fill in all personal information then you get left sitting waiting to hear back from them! Then you call and they say oh send an email and chase up your application!<br>It’s all a joke to just even get a viewing and I have waisted so much time and got no where with this estate agent!

23rd Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Had a brilliant experience with selling my parents house with Spencers in Wigston. My first contact was with their sales valuer Mike, I found him to be very polite and professional, and was even respectful and considerate enough to take his shoes off when visiting the property (yes, sometimes it really is the little things that help to make a difference!) It took a little longer than we hoped to sell the property although this was in no way due to any fault of Spencers, it was just the speed of properties in general selling in our particular area and my reluctance to lower the asking price! We sold the property for a fair price which was very close to the asking price. I can 100% recommend using Spencers in Wigston and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The whole process went very smoothly with excellent communication throughout the entire process. Thanks very much to the Spencers team, especially Mike, Jo, Georgina and Shaniya.
