They were thoughtful, professional and gave us really useful advice throughout the process, particularly when it came to assessing the different offers we received.<br><br>They were also excellent at communicating with the buyers and keeping everything moving, which made the whole process much easier for us. On top of that, we were very happy with the rate they offered us.<br><br>A really good experience from start to finish, and we’d happily recommend Grant and the team.

All the staff i’ve interacted with have been lovely, especially when there’s been problems in the process which they’ve sorted out quickly. 11th Sep 2026 (16 days ago)This company is a joke..they promote selling properties in buildings that are unsafe to live in, that don't comply with basic health ans safety and fire regulations. I just withdraw from proerty buy from them as builidng failed multiple fire safety precautions, they know about the problem and they put the property on the marker right away.<br>Unbelievable.
