9th Feb 2024 (14 weeks ago)I couldn’t recommend Swift agents more. The team went above and beyond for me. Tina put me at ease as soon as I met her and Elisha’s attention to detail in photos were amazing. The whole team was so supportive. My house sold within days and they kept me well informed through the whole process. On the day I moved out they even brought me a ring doorbell tool because I had packed mine. If you are thinking of selling your house you can trust swift :)
27th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Wish I could’ve bought through the local estate agent; Brunel Estate Agents. Ideal Homes epitomise a big company that know nothing about the property, the area or any legal requirements. They market properties with gardens that aren’t owned by the property, don’t bother advertising the parking at properties with parking in areas where parking is at a premium. When they accept your offer they wait weeks to actually send the memorandum of sale, then during the sale don’t bother to keep you up to date, chase the seller or update you on changes such as the seller pulling out! Total incompetence on every level. Wouldn’t buy or sell with them even if they paid me to.

She was completely transparent in the way she operated from the start (a refreshing change from other agents) and offered us solid advice on how to get the sale done. On top of this she was a pleasure to work with and absolutely determined to get the best possible outcome for her client. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Private Realtor.

I feel sorry for the property owners who are selling through them. I will not be buying through them that's for sure. Stay away property sellers.
