They appreciated that not only did I need to sell a house, but I also wanted peace of mind. They took away the stress from what can feel like a stressful process. Very happy to recommend them.
23rd Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Not brilliant at updates. Property sold within 3 days so maybe undervalued? All solicitor recommended by them turned out to be on line from wales so very difficult for updates. Money kept back without clear reasons why although eventually paid

Extremely efficient communications and always returning calls and emails as soon as they could. We organised 2 sets of viewings almost at last minute timescales and felt well looked after. The staff are genuinely interested in their clients and customers and facilitated meetings whenever we needed them. Thank you for such good service and friendliness.

They had our best interests at heart, kept us updated each step of the way, held out to get us the best possible price for our property and were very professional and friendly. 13th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I have now tried calling this company now for 3 days, left a number of messages all you get is the answer phone. Was looking to buy. I feel sorry for the property owners who are selling through them. I will not be buying through them that's for sure. Stay away property sellers.

GTH were always helpful and courteous, kept us up to date with issues, worked to speed up the process between the solicitors, helped with access during the long period between the offer acceptance and completion and offered helpful information on the idiosyncrasies of the property. Overall we had an excellent service.
