They were professional, effective, reliable, clear, straight forward and efficient in everything they did but they were also friendly, thoughtful, responsive and really easy to work with. They were great at listening and understanding our situation as it evolved and changed and always ready to help with answers and suggestions when needed. Moving home can be a roller coaster of ups and downs but working with Chris and Emma and knowing we could rely on them to helpful and straight forward was a massive help and I am happy to be able to thoroughly recommend their services.
22nd Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Professional communication. Always kept us informed when viewings were scheduled. Gave us advice on what to do next when asked without any pressure. Accepted an offer within weeks of putting property on the market at the original asking price. Very good.
7th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)After a difficult experience with another local estate agent, Bradley’s stepped in and guided me through the successful sale of my property. At one stage, it even looked like the sale might need to go through my previous agents, but Bradley’s continued to put my best interests first - offering honest advice that could have cost them their own commission. I can’t recommend Isaac, Kelly, and the entire Bradley’s team highly enough for their professionalism, integrity, and support throughout the process.

3rd Jun 2024 (1 year ago)Selling and buying don't think I'd recommend them don't seem interested in helping you buy a property even the Selling side is awful. Put in an offer for a property and no communication at all even when there Selling your property with them
9th Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)excellent sales preparation. produced an outstanding brochure, and after just 3 days live, a handful of viewers received the first of 3 offers. Just 5 days of viewing in total and 2 full guide price offers. The most expensive option, but with faultless handling of the sale, and reassured that should things not go as planned, they will quickly have other interested buyers lined up.

We also received a really lovely moving in box full of goodies which was a lovely surprise. I cannot recommend them enough!

Throughout all the staff at MT acted in a discretely professional manner, they are all knowledgable and helpful all the time without in an way being pushy unlike some of the more “got to get a sale” breed of Estate Agents. Everyone was great and it was simply a joy to buy my new abode from them. I was kept well informed throughout and never felt neglected. Thanks to you all at MT, wish you all well for the future.

The team was super professional and quick to respond during the whole process. They were there for us at every step and were really committed to making sure everything went as planned. They were always available to answer our questions, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail and dedication to results. Special thanks to Jane, who was extra awesome in handling our request. If you’re on the hunt for a trustworthy and efficient agency, I’d definitely recommend them

However, the team kept us informed of progress and were actively chasing news from the chain which made things a little more tolerable for us. We were very pleased and would definitely consider using Julian Marks in any future sale.

I knew nothing about estate agents or the value of my mothers property but our daughter had recently bought a house via Mayers and said that they were good. We looked up and down the street and out of 5 estate agent boards that were visible 4 were from Mayers. So, with 1 personal recommendation and 80% silent recommendations we decided to go with Mayers. We weren't disappointed. As an aside, during the selling process we had reason to meet our buyers. They also had nothing but praise for Mayers.

2nd May 2026 (22 days ago)We have sold two houses now through Fulfords Plymstock. Due to issues with our solicitor the latest sale was very stressful but Ian's years of experience shone through and he always put us at ease whilst pushing the sale along. The whole team is welcoming and friendly and always have a smile on their faces. If you are selling a house in the Plymstock area we highly recommend using Ian and the team.
