4th Sep 2020 (5 years ago)The best Estate Agent and Management company I’ve ever worked with. They have a personal touch and genuinely care about the people they work with, whether they are the Landlords or the Tenants. I’m really going to miss them as one of their tenants.
5th Oct 2020 (5 years ago)They are good people and respectful. Their terms & conditions are good . You can cancel your contract with them giving them two weeks notice which gives you a lot of freedom as you aren’t tied to many weeks of contract if thing don’t work out. However, they operate in a old fashion way. Not much use of technology. No active & dynamic sales strategies. You just hv to sit & wait until a buyer finds your property after searching through many pages of Zoopla etc.

28th Feb 2016 (10 years ago)I really like this place. I have been several times over the last few years and I have never had a bad experience. It's difficult to predict when it will be busy and whether you'd need to book a table - I've been on occasions when I'd expect it to be busy and it's been very quiet (and vice versa). The food is great, the staff are really friendly and it's reasonably priced. Well worth the visit.

19th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Sarah Garland was the agent and from the very start I had confidence in her. Nothing was too much trouble. I was selling the house on my own and she was very helpful and kind throughout something you don't always find with an Estate Agent.

Not only did they find the perfect family to buy our home of 27 years but they were there 24/7 to solve any problems that arose during this stressful process. Any call at any time was not a problem, they were there, not just on the phone but personal presence, which was amazing..again!. She worked hard to show how it could look in a professional advisory stance. I was grateful to be listened to and helped along the way after residing here for over 30 years. I felt in safe hands with far superior help than the ‘pushy’ service I had from certain chain agents. As a single person of certain years, Charlotte Day Property looked after me. From the excellent photography and superb brochure - (and I can say I didn’t recognise my house as it was so good) Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and outstanding!- This agent doesn't have any reviews

11th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)We instructed Perfect Pillars in April 2025. Sharon did an excellent job arranging viewers as she was very easy to deal with. In July ( approx) we secured a buyer. Jenny was very skilled in how she managed the long journey to conveyancing completion, despite issues with the buyers lender, Jenny demonstrated excellent customer service, keeping all parties informed until completion in late November 2025. I would recommend this estate agent as their approach I feel is more effective than other estate agents overall.
