She was responsive to my involvement in setting the price and organised viewings in a most efficient manner. On the whole it was easy to contact McGinn for advice and support through the pre-completion phase. Nice to have a very local office. Would thoroughly recommend the service.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

Nothing has been too much trouble, every communication has been easy and all our queries dealt with swiftly and concisely. Unusual circumstances and difficult market was neatly handled and top client base secured a sale for me. In regards to the service that was provided, personal, professional and supportive throughout. I was never once in the dark and Clare helped make sure that everything went smoothly as possible. 100% would recommend and 100% trust.

Matt, Sophie and Cathy all supported in the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home. They were honest with us at every step, quick to respond to questions, polite and respectful of our home during viewings. Thank you all for making house moving as stress free as possible.

31st Jul 2024 (24 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

23rd Dec 2024 (21 days ago)0 stars if I could, we recently bought a house under Sterling Homes and had the worst stressful experience ever. Not once was we considered throughout the whole buying process, communication was 0, even the solicitors involved told us to not deal comms with Sterling Homes as they are confusing matters, if we didn’t love the house we would’ve pulled out due to the on going lies and attitude of the staff. Even told us ‘key is under mat’ when we were due to pick up the key. I know they don’t work for the buyer but I would never want Sterling Homes to sell my home in the future.

19th Dec 2024 (25 days ago)Estate agents have generally had a somewhat undesirable reputation in the public eye. Russell Patterson has most certainly shattered this perception in his handling of the sale of our house. His patience and courtesy over an unexpectedly long 18 month period (due to market conditions) were much needed. The continuity of communication with a single person throughout the process cannot be commended highly enough. Russell and his team were always reassuring when things looked grim and we wholeheartedly recommend them for their truly professional service.
