1st Apr 2023 (3 years ago)Slades Bransgore were excellent. Nathaniel who dealt with this sale was very helpful. We completed three months from when they started marketing this property. My only concern with Slades as a whole was the valuation by another branch which was too optimistic. I only achieved 83% of the original valuation in October. Bransgore Slades were more realistic. I achieved 92% of their valuation.

19th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Amazing, Attentive, A Class. I had spent months dealing with different letting agent looking for a property, if only I had come to Anthony's sooner. From the day I called to view, it was 15 days and I was in the property. I was guided through the referencing with real support and actually enjoyed the whole process thanks to Tony. Outstanding service and i have complete peace of mind knowing the type of person who is responsible for managing my tenancy/property. I'm sure my landlady feels exactly the same. Thank you so much, highly recommend.

I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. I would highly recommend people to come and visit or seek help to get yours ????

29th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset.

6th May 2025 (11 mo. ago)The valuation representative was very competent, courteous, supportive and very observant, understanding why things had been designed the way they are. The photographer presenting our property was more thoughtful and his pictures were better than others. From feedback received, it was clear that this agent actively, and positively, sells the advantages of the property to viewers. Finally this agent has been innovative with the intent of getting everything right.

The whole team has been friendly, approachable and consistently professional. On the rare occasions where issues did come up, they were dealt with quickly and efficiently - it definitely made a real difference throughout my tenancy.
22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We saw a property we liked in ferndown and offered. Our offer was not accepted outright without giving us a chance to rethink the offer like the other agents did.emails back and forth no use. Saw the property had gone for a mere £1000 above our offer. The agent who showed us the property had already decided it was not to be given to us for some strange reason so I am not surprised. Also promised to keep their “ear on the ground “ to let us know if any other property came by in that area. Never heard from them again! Probably they have more clients they exclusively like to cater to so didn’t bother to with us. The property was a lovely one though so happy for whoever got it. But a big thumbs down for this estate agent unless you are one of those kind they wish to cater to. Helena

27th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)Not your usual estate agents ! Down to earth, professional, efficient, helpful & friendly. Independent agents who work on the sellers behalf (many agents seem to forget this!). We have had experience of many agents, mostly abysmal, so Becky & Gaynor are a refreshing change. Highly recommend this Fordingbridge based Company. We have just sold our property, through them & it wasn't the smoothest of sales, but made easier by having these guys being 100% on the ball.

17th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)I couldn’t recommend Woolley and Wallis enough. We bought and sold with Hilary. Hilary was amazing, kept in contact with us throughout and really supported us throughout the process. Every person we spoke to in the office was incredibly helpful and friendly.
