Whenever I raised a question/query he would get it sorted out and get back to me very quickly the same day. Adam was also very helpful. Thankyou Gareth, you’ve made a stressful process much easier.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

28th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)My email name is a result of using my email account for work. My name is Catherine Clark and I decided to sell my cottage in Sheringham through Arnolds Keys. They were the agent when we bought the property 27 years ago and we have had an excellent relationship with the letting arm of their business, Keys Holidays for well over 20 years, hence deciding to use them when it came time to sell. They produced an excellent brochure and found us a buyer within a fortnight of putting the cottage on the market. I particularly like the fact that, no matter who I spoke to in the Sheringham office, everyone had detailed knowledge of our property and could answer any question I, or indeed our buyer, had. Paul Winterbourne phoned me every week with a progress report, which I really appreciated. From our first request for a valuation, Clive Hedges and Sue Hall were helpful, professional and very approachable and this helpful 'can do' attitude from the whole team has persisted throughout the selling process which culminates in completion next Tuesday. They even sent me a copy of the 360 degree tour which was part of the details on Rightmove. I was delighted by this because the link to the tour on Rightmove was no longer available when tge details were removed from the site. We would not hesitate to recommend Arnolds Keys in Sheringham. We've had a totally positive experience, for which we are sincerely grateful.

20th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)We couldn’t recommend Stobart & Hurrell highly enough after they handled the sale of our home.<br><br>Having lived there for over 11 years, selling the house and moving on was a huge step for us as a family, and from the very beginning the team were fantastic. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, always there when we needed them.<br><br>The whole process was handled brilliantly. Communication was excellent throughout, we were kept informed at every stage, and whenever the inevitable stresses of moving house cropped up, we always felt we had someone on our side helping to keep things moving.<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service. From our first contact & meeting with Fin, who is a credit to the team, never have I met such an enthusiastic and personable representative of an estate agency.<br><br>I also want to thank Oli & Zak, always there, whenever needed.<br><br>We never felt like just another house on the market, they genuinely cared about the sale and about getting us to the finish line.<br><br>After 11 very happy years in our home, it was quite emotional handing over the keys and closing that chapter, but we couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us do it.<br><br>A huge thank you to everyone at Stobart & Hurrell. 22nd Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)I have contacted a person called Tom parish at Savills in regards to getting a valuation for a piece of land. Advising they would look at it! Waited for several weeks,slept getting fobbed off! My circumstances had changed so needed valuation with urgent but still very casual about things! No communication whatsoever!!!!:Thought this was a reputable company???? Would not recommend what so ever!!!!!
