I originally bought my house through them, and when the time came to sell, there was no question in my mind about who to turn to, I went straight back.<br><br>From the very first conversation, they were professional, warm, and genuinely courteous. The sales and marketing team did a wonderful job presenting the property in its best light, and Pavlo was a superb guide throughout, getting our home in front of the right people and ultimately securing the sale.<br><br>But that was really just the beginning. The support team at F&C (Jane and Janice), were absolutely brilliant, looking after us every step of the way right through to the very end. Their diligence and experience truly paid off, and even though parts of the sale became complicated and stressful, their knowledge and dedication were invaluable right up to the final day.<br><br>We can't thank them enough. After some disappointing experiences with other agents in the past, working with F&C was a real breath of fresh air — personable, talented, and true experts in their field.<br><br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team to anyone.<br><br>Dan Workman

Lots of helpful communication throughout the process and helped out with extra requests like arranging a visit for measuring up - all in all Ryan made the process very easy.<br>Highly recommend Ryan and the Frank Innes team.

Steve, Jules, and Amelia were hands on from the start and the communication and support we received throughout a complex period was fantastic. Unlike some estate agents in the area who make promises that they do not fulfil, FHP provide a first class, personal service from start to finish.

9th Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)Great to start with but once we signed contracts all communications stopped. We never received any updates at all, we had to chase them every time. We eventually gave notice in writing to terminate the contract and nobody bothered to contact us to ask why we were leaving? Very poor customer service- 11th Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)We bought a house through Thomas James. Ben was very helpful and kept the purchase on track through some tricky times. Completed yesterday! Thanks Ben :)

Viewings were booked in to work around us and feedback was provided to us in a timely manner. Would definitely use them again in the future.
11th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)My husband and I put our house on the market with Richard Watkins in Radcliffe on Trent and were tied into a 14-week sole agency agreement. After 12 weeks, with no progress, we asked for our property to be removed from the market.<br><br>During that time, we received no offers, very little communication, and virtually no feedback from viewings. We were never approached to discuss changing the marketing strategy, reviewing the photographs or advert, or considering any other ideas to help generate more interest. It felt as though our sale had simply been left to drift until WE had to ask what was going on and what changes could be made.<br><br>Ultimately, we decided to change agents and within less than 48 hours of our property going back on the market, we had received and accepted an offer—a stark contrast!!!<br><br>One of the viewers who had originally viewed our property through Richard Watkins even returned to view with our new agent. We were told that they said they had only ever received one attempted phone call asking for feedback after their original viewing, which was very disappointing to hear as Richard Watkins ensured us their approach was to ring viewers three times to gain feedback.<br><br>We understand that no estate agent can guarantee a sale, and the property market can be unpredictable. However, what we do expect is regular communication, honest feedback, and a proactive approach. Sadly, that wasn’t our experience.<br><br>The delays ultimately meant we missed out on purchasing what we believed would have been our forever home, making the experience even more upsetting.<br><br>Before leaving this review, I contacted Richard Watkins directly to share our experience in the hope that the feedback would help improve their service. My email was honest and constructive, but unfortunately I never received a reply.<br><br>Since then, I’ve spoken to other people in the village and some have shared similar experiences with the Radcliffe branch. While I can only speak for our own experience, it was disappointing to hear.<br><br>It’s such a shame because Radcliffe on Trent is a close-knit community, and we genuinely felt let down. Selling your home is deeply personal—it’s not just another business transaction. We expected communication, guidance and a proactive approach throughout the process, but unfortunately that wasn’t what we received.<br><br>I haven’t written this review to criticise for the sake of it or to damage anyone’s reputation. I’ve written it in the hope that honest feedback leads to positive change, so future clients receive the level of communication, guidance and support that we felt was missing.<br><br>Based on our experience, I would encourage anyone considering Richard Watkins to think carefully before instructing them. If you do choose them, be prepared to chase regularly for updates rather than expecting proactive communication.

She made sure agents and solicitors were communicating, resolved the hiccup of a tricky survey in the chain, and dealt with some stuff she really shouldn't have had to. Beyond the call of duty!! Thank you.

I can’t thank Tash and Ella enough for making my house sale run smoothly and quickly. From coming on the market it sold and completed in 11 weeks. Would highly recommend Benjamins. They are an extremely professional, friendly and reliable team who are always a pleasure to deal with.<br><br>Communication is excellent, everything is handled efficiently, and it’s clear they genuinely care about both their landlords and tenants and about maintaining properties to a high standard.<br><br>Lesley in particular is always approachable, organised and great to work with, and the same can be said for the rest of the team. A very well-run letting agency with a great group of people behind it.<br><br>Would highly recommend Belvoir West Bridgford to any landlord looking for a professional and dependable team to manage their property.

Best agents I have ever dealt with - communication was second to none, checking in all the time, updating, calling in when I was sick to check on me ! way above and beyond. Totally professional, ensured all 3 knew my property inside out - just fantastic, open, honest, transparent - absolute pleasure to have dealt with them and if ever I sell again, they will be who I chose hands down.

24th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)Since in the past we had good experience with Royston & Lund Estate Agents we decided to use their services again. Graham Sheardon inspected the property, had a good discussion with us and suggested a market price at which the property was advertised. From then onwards we were regularly informed about the interest in the property by Alex Mills. There were lots of ups and downs while the house was advertised but with the perseverance of R&L staff, especially Alex Mills, with her negotiating skills the sale was finally agreed with buyers. Then Lucy Neath took over as the Sales Progressor. She communicated regularly as to how the sale was progressing and responded promptly to any questions or queries we had, especially with the buyers or vice versa. They were instrumental in helping us complete our sale and purchase during a particularly tricky process—not through any fault of their own. 29th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Unprofessional and unorganised. Visited the property for valuation were advised to not put on the market as the market was poor. Went for alternative estate agents and sold within 2 weeks. Enquired to view a property advertised on Rightmove after 3 days called me in an unprofessional manner to inform me the vendor isn’t sure about moving. Property was removed off Rightmove. 3 days later received an email about the same property to arrange a viewing. But it was off the market?!?
7th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)Avoid Avoid Avoid.<br>Very disappointing and unacceptable service from Frank Innes Bingham<br><br>I would strongly advise anyone considering renting a property through Frank Innes in Bingham to think very carefully before proceeding. Our experience with their customer service from the very beginning has been extremely disappointing.<br><br>I would give one star only for the property viewing. Unfortunately, everything after that has been a very poor experience.<br><br>Frank Innes were fully aware that we were moving from Essex, yet we were asked to travel all the way to Bingham simply to sign the inventory document. I had to drive approximately six hours just to complete this paperwork, which was extremely inconvenient and unreasonable considering our circumstances.<br><br>However, the worst experience happened on the day we moved. We were already travelling with all our household belongings when we received a call informing us that the property had no electricity and that we would need to arrange this ourselves. This information should have been communicated to us well before our moving day.<br><br>It was a Saturday afternoon, and we were unable to contact the electricity supplier immediately. As a result, we were left without electricity and had to stay in a hotel for two days, despite having already moved our belongings and being ready to move into the property. This caused us significant inconvenience, stress and additional expense.<br><br>To make matters worse, we were provided with a mouldy fridge, which was extremely concerning from a hygiene and health perspective. We contacted Frank Innes multiple times by email regarding these issues, but received little to no response.<br><br>We even went personally to the Bingham office to try to resolve the situation. Instead of actually dealing with the problem, we were simply told to send an email. We showed the staff the emails we had already sent, and we were then told that a message would be sent internally so that someone could respond. This is not the level of customer service I would expect from a professional letting agent.<br><br>The whole experience has been incredibly stressful, especially when you are moving your entire household from another part of the country and relying on the letting agent to ensure the property is ready for occupation.<br><br>Communication has been extremely poor, the handling of the move was unacceptable, and the lack of response to our concerns has been very disappointing.<br><br>Based on our experience, I would not recommend Frank Innes Bingham to anyone looking for a property to rent. If you are considering renting through them, I would strongly suggest making sure everything is confirmed in writing before moving in and checking that essential services and facilities are actually available.<br><br>This has been an awful experience from beginning to end, and I sincerely hope other tenants do not have to go through what we have experienced.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
