They guided us through every step of the process with clarity and confidence, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed. Their communication was excellent — we were kept informed at every stage, and no question ever felt too small. They clearly know the local market inside out and gave us fantastic advice that helped us achieve a great result in a short space of time. What really stood out was how personable and proactive the team were — they truly went above and beyond. You feel like you’re dealing with real people who genuinely want the best for you, not just ticking boxes. A special mention has to go to Kim, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. She kept me informed every step of the way, was always quick to respond, had a clear strategy and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Overall, a brilliant service and a genuinely positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and effective estate agent.

From the start when I was hunting for properties, all the way to sealing the deal with the Solicitors - Joe at Allen and Harris Shawlands was brilliant. Personable, Knowledgeable and invested in getting me the property I wanted. Later days, Scott (I'm assuming the spelling) was on point, great communication and made the final steps as easy as can be.<br><br>Sincerely, thank you to the team at Shawlands.

23rd Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)A really good experience with Morton Napier From getting the flat ready to put on the market , getting the valuation correct , excellent images and information about the property on there website and Rightmove Getting 10 views in the first week of going on sale and selling above the valuation within 5 days. Our house was on the market for just four days and sold on the very first day of viewings, before close of business. The team kept us fully informed throughout the entire process, with the office staff always on hand to provide updates and answer any questions — nothing was ever too much trouble. 16th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We really do feel that Sharon and Jennifer at Lows in Kirkwall played such key roles in making the whole chapter of selling a beloved family home run smoothly and come to fruition - we most certainly could not have done it without them and are so glad we put everything into their hands, especially when we live 500 miles away. They enabled us in so many ways to tackle an almost overwhelming challenge and we send heartfelt thanks for their tremendously supportive and supremely professional skill in steering us through the whole process and representing the house in its very best light. Not its intended purpose, but I will treasure the video that Sharon produced for us for many years to come! We could not possibly have asked for more and would wholeheartedly recommend the team at Lows; we never imagined the whole process, from the marketing going live to the date of entry for the new owners, would turn out to take only 11 weeks.

6th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very disappointing, mainly because of poor communication and a lack of professionalism throughout the process.<br>Before our house was put on the market, Amanda was very confident that she could achieve a certain price for our property. However, our first concern was when the photos were taken using a phone rather than professional camera equipment. Although phone cameras are good these days, the photos did not have the quality we expected for selling a property. When the advert went live, there were too many photos, and some did not show the house in the best way.<br><br>The biggest problem for us was communication. After the first week, it became difficult to get updates. There were very few viewings, and things did not improve while we were with them. Calls often went unanswered, and promised call-backs rarely happened. We often felt like we were chasing them for information rather than being kept updated.<br><br>After around three weeks of frustration, we decided to end our agreement with them. What disappointed us most was that there was no real effort to understand why we wanted to leave. We were simply asked to pay the marketing fee so the property could be taken off the market. Once we paid, the only reply we received was confirmation of payment and a short “good luck” message.<br>After this, I noticed I had been blocked on WhatsApp and social media. I also emailed about removing the “For Sale” sign but received no reply or confirmation that this had been arranged.<br><br>Overall, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very poor. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend them to others. The level of communication, professionalism and customer service was not what we expected when selling our home.

We required a quick sale and Joe, Ellie and Eilidh made sure this went through without any issue. Would recommend Hames to anyone buying or selling.

Although I never took the rental I would absolutely recommend this company. I will be keeping an eye out for their rentals being released.

He instilled confidence in how to market and advertise the home. It was evident this was going to show the home to its best and proved to be the case as it was sold in less than a day. We can’t thank him and Lynn enough as they made the whole process as painless as possible . Cannot recommend Village Estate Agents enough !
23rd Aug 2024 (2 years ago)I used Belvoir to rent my property out for five months whilst I went travelling and I was so impressed and happy with every single staff member I came into contact with, special thanks to Sophie and Katy for finding tenants even though it was a short let and the amazing communication I experienced throughout and the support given by Katy when the tenants proved to be challenging at times was very much appreciated, thank you Katy for your professionalism, your patience, your unwavering support and your excellent communication skills, If I rent my flat out again I want you to look after it for me, I trust you 100%!

Stephen provided such an excellent personal service - right from the initial marketing to completion of the sale. He kept me informed throughout and provided very helpful advice. It felt very different from dealing with a large corporate agency as I’ve done in the past and I would not hesitate to recommend Cullerton’s.
