19th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Really poor experience of being a buyer through Remax, the house purchased was not as described or accurate according to Home Report. On entry to our home, no message to wish us all the best, no hot water, all the heating needing changed and based on the description was disgraceful. We asked questions at the viewing and told all was working and there hadn't been a leak which there had and now having to pay £10k on heating which was reflected as a '1' on the home report. TBH I don't think they asked the sellers any real questions and just marketed, took the money and moved on.

From the very first contact, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They guided us through every step of the process with clarity and confidence, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed. Their communication was excellent — we were kept informed at every stage, and no question ever felt too small. They clearly know the local market inside out and gave us fantastic advice that helped us achieve a great result in a short space of time. What really stood out was how personable and proactive the team were — they truly went above and beyond. You feel like you’re dealing with real people who genuinely want the best for you, not just ticking boxes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend KnightBain to anyone buying or selling a property in West Lothian. A five-star service from a team who genuinely deliver on their promises.

15th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)The team at Slater Hogg in Largs were absolutely exceptional from start to finish - i can't recommend them highly enough. We saw a number of estate agents before selling our flat and it was a no-brainer to go with the Slater Hogg team who stood out from the start, with such a positive can-do attitude, and friendliness. They were clear and informative on costs, timeframes, and processes. Judith, Gill, Tracey, Lisa, Stephen and the team were highly efficient throughout the whole process and communication from them was outstanding. They kept me up to date, responded quickly to queries, and took time and care to talk through viewings on the flat and next steps with absolute clarity. The process of selling a property is always a stressful one and the team made the whole thing seamless, efficient and much less stressful, as i knew i was in safe hands with them. Utterly outstanding service!

6th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)This is the second time I have used Taylor and Henderson for the sale of a property and they continue to go above and beyond to provide a fantastic service. I couldn't reccomend Hannah and the team enough. Everything was of such a high standard from the marketing down to the viewings. Our house was sold within 3 days and achieved above home report which is all down to the team at Taylor and Henderson Saltcoats. I would recommend them to anyone for buying or selling a home

They have been guided us through all aspects in the process of selling our flat, always at the end of the phone when needed. Within one week of putting our flat up for sale we had a buyer. I would highly recommend Your Move Estate Agent in Montrose for buying and selling your home.

If you ask them to do something they will come and do some patch work and then again every month you are just chasing them to do the maintenance. They will increase prices but do nothing to help the tenants. All they are looking at is how to squeeze out the money. Very dissatisfied with overall services. Not recommend for renters.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

Both Stefan and Aisling were always approachable and responsive, keeping us fully informed of progress on a daily basis. The result was a quick sale. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Batchelors, who deliver the best possible outcome. First class service throughout.

6th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)I was not a tenant or landlord but had the misfortune to have dealings with their property sales people. Despite multiple attempts to get them to pay me a couple of hundred pounds that they owed me they did not respond, that despite visiting the office on a number of occasions and also emails and phone calls. Highly unprofessional I would not recommend dealing with Belvoir Aberdeen.
