19th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Really poor experience of being a buyer through Remax, the house purchased was not as described or accurate according to Home Report. On entry to our home, no message to wish us all the best, no hot water, all the heating needing changed and based on the description was disgraceful. We asked questions at the viewing and told all was working and there hadn't been a leak which there had and now having to pay £10k on heating which was reflected as a '1' on the home report. TBH I don't think they asked the sellers any real questions and just marketed, took the money and moved on.
19th Apr 2026 (15 weeks ago)I had an excellent experience with Slater Hogg Bishopbriggs. From start to finish, the service and communication were outstanding. A special mention has to go to Kim, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. She kept me informed every step of the way, was always quick to respond, had a clear strategy and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Overall, a brilliant service and a genuinely positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and effective estate agent.

From the start when I was hunting for properties, all the way to sealing the deal with the Solicitors - Joe at Allen and Harris Shawlands was brilliant. Personable, Knowledgeable and invested in getting me the property I wanted. Friendly enthusiastic approach from the get go and a clear vision on how to market our property to get the best result. We were recommended by a friend and will now recommend to others. 8th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)I have used the Innes Johnston Solicitors before for helping me wind up my late Aunts estate. So can definitely recommend them for these needs. But I would and will not go past Jacqui McAdam, Estate Area Manager for buying and selling any properties. This is the third time I have used Jacqui and that should speak volumes. A highly professional individual who's knowledge off the property market is second to none. Her attention to detail and advice are always greatly appreciated and received. She has a wonderful team around her and nothing is too much trouble. Brochure, photos, video really showed the properties off to their full potential and loaded with information. You are kept up to date on all progress. Keep up the good work, best wishes for the future Alayne
27th Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)Kenny was so helpful and empathetic to the fact I was selling my mums house who died recently. He immediately made me feel confident I had chosen the right person. The house was sold in 5 days for the valuation price which was fantastic. He was able to tell me a bit about the family buying the house and it was so comforting for myself and my sister to know it was going to a family who immediately fell in love with the house and were so excited to bring their family up there as mum and dad had done with us. I would highly recommend Kenny and the company to anyone. Thank you so much

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Very poor service, submitted a verbal offer with via phoning the estate agent for a property at Oswald Court on the basis nobody else had submitted a bid on the property at that time. Received a call over 3 hours later to say someone else has had submitted a bid which the client had accepted. At no point was I informed of someone else submitting a bid.<br><br>Was given no further options and basically left with "tough luck".<br><br>Sent a written email of complaint as instructed on the website over 10 days ago to raise my issues with no response as of yet so doesn't look like I'm getting one.<br><br>Wouldn't recommend to use, been dealing with estate agents for nearly 6 months as a first time buyer and this is the only estate agent which has made me feel unwelcome and unsupported.

6th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)I was not a tenant or landlord but had the misfortune to have dealings with their property sales people. Despite multiple attempts to get them to pay me a couple of hundred pounds that they owed me they did not respond, that despite visiting the office on a number of occasions and also emails and phone calls. Highly unprofessional I would not recommend dealing with Belvoir Aberdeen.

Supported from start to finish. I would highly recommend Karen if you are looking to buy and/or sell properties.<br>Karen has great knowledge of many local areas and committed to the process till the point properties are concluded and keys are handed to new owners, and if needed beyond this point too. While selling can be a stressful experience Karen remained a constant professional but friendly calmness providing helpful advice and knowledge.
