18th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)I used the Kirkintilloch branch of Country Wide for a tricky sale. Leslie was brilliant, she kept me fully informed and rang regularly to update. After a nearby fire, they went straight out without a request to check that the property was undamaged. Would recommend.

27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Pittis Freshwater have broken the mould for estate agents, for us both buying and selling with another Pittis branch, Connor in particular has gone above and beyond to ensure constant communication between us and the other parties & vendor. He’s so approachable, personable, kind yet professional. He has made buying my dream house a reality. I knew Pittis were good but I wasn’t expecting this good! Highly recommend Pittis Freshwater branch for 5 star customer care & successful transactions.

11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I used Bannerman Burke Properties LTD in late 2025, The property went live on all the online platforms on a Wednesday, They arranged 5 viewings on the Thursday and Friday - and i received two really good offers the following Monday. The online portal is up-to-date and kept me informed of the progress from start to finish. Lisa and Tony are a great team, and would recommend them to everyone.
5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)We were really pleased with Wards of Hythe. We purchased our house through them . All the staff we had dealings with were very professional but equally very friendly. Mark, Darren and Ollie showed us around the property on the (many ) occasions we viewed it . Amelia and Amanda were always on hand to help progress the sale and keep us updated. Additionally all the staff involved were up to speed on any requests we had. We always received speedy replies and the level of communication was fantastic. We decided to use the solicitors that Wards suggested and those solicitors coupled with Wards of Hythe made the purchase of our new property stress free. We would definitely recommend Wards to anyone buying or selling a property.

Wouldn't go past Fiona and her whole team for any body.We had lots to sort out over along period of time and sure enough got there in the end. I never at one point felt I was being put in second position , I live internationally and everything was done without any broken promises. Super friendly on the phone and was up to Q with what was going on. What started out thinking was gonna be a nightmare turned into a full on proffesional job ,especially with me living abroad .After a few twists here and a few twists there, the sale of the property couldn't have gone better. Fiona and the team have been my agents for 10 years and never once did I think i was with the wrong Agent. Thanks for Everything Fiona and your wonderful team. Her responsiveness (even when out of office / out of usual hours), attention to detail, knowledge and expertise made what could have been a stressful time a lot less worrying - a huge thank you to her, and Danielle, for their kind support and 10/10 service. 24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Joe managed to sell our property in less than a week, and for over the Home Report value, which exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive to messages, always on the ball, and kept everything moving smoothly throughout the process.
