They guided us through every step of the process with clarity and confidence, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed. Their communication was excellent — we were kept informed at every stage, and no question ever felt too small. They clearly know the local market inside out and gave us fantastic advice that helped us achieve a great result in a short space of time. What really stood out was how personable and proactive the team were — they truly went above and beyond. You feel like you’re dealing with real people who genuinely want the best for you, not just ticking boxes. 1st Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)From the first phone call with Stephanie, who was a breath of fresh air, to the initial meeting with Emma, who was informative, confidence inspiring and took on board exactly how and what we were looking for, with the sale of our home. O'Malley stood out compared to the other agents that we had seen, and the service has been impeccable. Kept us informed at every step and the house sold within 6 days! Would highly recommend them! The sales progression app, they use, is genius! All round a 1st Class service, but its the staff that made it a pleasurable experience. Thanks again Emma!

He is very detail-oriented, professional and friendly and provided support beyond expectatons. I cannot recommend him enough.

She was honest, trustworthy and I didn't feel like she was pushing me into a sale I wasn't ready for. She helped me find my dream home and I couldn't be more great full for her assistance in the experience. 100% recommend this branch and ask for Elina

3rd Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Very unprofessional service from Corum especially in terms of the marketing materials. The floor plan they made was nonsense, the marketing text had clearly been thrown together and was riddled with mistakes (you would think an estate agent would know what is and isn’t a bay window?). I spent far too much time chasing them up to correct mistakes a school kid should have spotted. It’s clear they just want to collect their (fixed) fee for as little work as possible.

Jenna ensured that the process went smoothly and without hitch start to finish. Her responsiveness (even when out of office / out of usual hours), attention to detail, knowledge and expertise made what could have been a stressful time a lot less worrying - a huge thank you to her, and Danielle, for their kind support and 10/10 service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy a house in the Edinburgh / Lothian area.

Despite multiple attempts to get them to pay me a couple of hundred pounds that they owed me they did not respond, that despite visiting the office on a number of occasions and also emails and phone calls. Highly unprofessional I would not recommend dealing with Belvoir Aberdeen.

From the very beginning, it was clear they take a genuinely customer-first approach, and that really sets them apart. They also helped me find my first home, which is something I’ll always be grateful for — it’s an experience that means a lot to me, and for that they’ll always have a special place in my journey. Whenever any issues arose, they were handled quickly and efficiently. Communication was always prompt, and you could tell they actually cared about resolving problems properly rather than just ticking boxes. Every concern I raised was taken seriously and actioned without unnecessary delays, which made a big difference. What stands out most is that they’re a small, family-run business, and it shows in the level of service you receive. Everything feels more personal, attentive, and considerate compared to larger agencies where you can feel like just another tenant. The whole team — from Olga, Giuseppe and Pippa to the staff working behind the scenes — do a fantastic job. They are all genuine, caring and professional people, and it really shows in the way they operate.
