29th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)Just called them enquiring about a property advertised. They came across so passive aggressive and condescending. Really shocked and disappointed. Never heard nothing like it. Completely unprofessional. Clearly they are not here to sell properties
10th Dec 2023 (23 weeks ago)I viewed two properties with GWF and submitted an offer for one. Filled out the forms and sent them straight away. I received a call to advise that the landlord wanted more viewings to go ahead before making a decision which I understood. I was told I would get a call back on 29th November with an update. It is now the 10th December and I haven’t heard anything. I’m taking the silence as the landlord declining our offer. The property is still on the market by the looks of things so who knows. I’ve worked in the letting industry for the past 12 years and we would communicate this to the prospective tenant regardless. I find the lack of communication appalling.
8th Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)Sold my house today after a year of trying to shift it. 1 buyer fell through, and various other unavoidable issues that come with selling a property with an ex-partner, and here we are! Sam & Matt were invaluable to the whole process. They kept communication up throughout the entire time, especially Sam who dealt with the majority of the issues. Thank you so much to both of you, and the whole team at Philip Jarvis. A whole years worth of work at such a reasonable price. I would 10/10 recommend.

Throughout the long process between first viewing the property and finally getting the keys the team were highly professional and helpful. This was not an easy journey and they worked extremely hard to make sure it went through. If I was selling a house in Chatham or Rochester I wouldn't look anywhere else. 5 stars!

12th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)We weren't able to get the property BUT i still want to say that out of all the agencies that we used to book house viewing, this is the only one that made a great impression. SARAH listened to what we had to say esp the unique circumstance we had; showed the property and explained it well unlike the other agencies where agents just let you go around but not tell you anything about the property they're showing or once you tell them the circumstances they just refuse to book you for a viewing, Phoenix is not like that. Our circumstances were different as we were looking for a home for our best friend who's moving from another country with 3 little kids and Sarah was the only one compassionate enough to entertain us. She is a great asset to the company! For that alone i'm giving a five star! Thank you! Update: THE WHOLE TEAM IS AMAZING! Sarah, Claire, Lee, Masoud etc. (Hope i'm right with the names) are all extremely helpful. We missed the first house we viewed but a few days later we got a call that they have another property if we were interested, it's a newly refurbished 3 bedroom it wasn't even on the website yet and they helped us all throughout the process until my bff finally moved in. Very good communication and very patient and understanding team!

13th Feb 2024 (14 weeks ago)Very unprofessional. Simon advertised a company(bar/nightclub) for sale as "confidential" to which i called and book an appointment. Turns out the club they were advertising is NOT the nightclub they told me over the phone. I have spoken to the owners of the club which told me its not for sale......Once i mentioned this i have received no reply. Feels very much like a "bait and switch" which in UK is completely illegal, reported to ASA for false advertising.
