17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.

2nd May 2024 (12 weeks ago)A highly professional team with " old school " values coupled with client care that left me in awe, my car was written off towards the end of the selling process , not a problem for the team , Mark collected me from home and ferried me around for 2 hours to my Solicitor, the local shops and the pharmacy for my urgent medications ! ...... thank you all so much for your expertise & kindness

13th Feb 2024 (24 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Fine & Country and the team in West Malling , Michael was very honest with us from the beginning managed our expectation whilst having a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome for us , we felt the team Emma and Karen were proactive in their marketing of the property and we were continually kept well informed both verbally and electronically throughout the whole process . Excellent communication and attention to detail from all the team we would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell a property.

9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)Great service and would definitely use again. I'm very big on being kept updated as well as being able to contact them. The phone was always answered within moments and if the person I wanted wasn't available, they would call back in a very reasonable time frame. The same with emails, they where always repsonded to very quickly. I experienced very different when trying to buy from other estate agents and having to leave a message with a main switch board and always having to chase. Mann was the complete opposite and played a big role in why we purchased our property and not one from another estate agent. We had no issues throughout the process. Eva, Richard and Darren where all very helpful and polite each time we spoke and it was nice to he able to have a laugh with them aswell. We went from offer accepted to completion within 9 weeks and Manns efficiency played a major role in that including answering the phone on a bank holiday which again, others we tried to contact didn't. Or ever called back Fryer leaving a message. Thank you team Mann Gillingham.

8th Mar 2024 (20 weeks ago)Sold my house today after a year of trying to shift it. 1 buyer fell through, and various other unavoidable issues that come with selling a property with an ex-partner, and here we are! Sam & Matt were invaluable to the whole process. They kept communication up throughout the entire time, especially Sam who dealt with the majority of the issues. Thank you so much to both of you, and the whole team at Philip Jarvis. A whole years worth of work at such a reasonable price. I would 10/10 recommend.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

12th Nov 2023 (8 mo. ago)We weren't able to get the property BUT i still want to say that out of all the agencies that we used to book house viewing, this is the only one that made a great impression. SARAH listened to what we had to say esp the unique circumstance we had; showed the property and explained it well unlike the other agencies where agents just let you go around but not tell you anything about the property they're showing or once you tell them the circumstances they just refuse to book you for a viewing, Phoenix is not like that. Our circumstances were different as we were looking for a home for our best friend who's moving from another country with 3 little kids and Sarah was the only one compassionate enough to entertain us. She is a great asset to the company! For that alone i'm giving a five star! Thank you! Update: THE WHOLE TEAM IS AMAZING! Sarah, Claire, Lee, Masoud etc. (Hope i'm right with the names) are all extremely helpful. We missed the first house we viewed but a few days later we got a call that they have another property if we were interested, it's a newly refurbished 3 bedroom it wasn't even on the website yet and they helped us all throughout the process until my bff finally moved in. Very good communication and very patient and understanding team!

Harrisons commercial are a total waste of space with a complacent attitude towards clients. How are they still in business.

The whole transaction went through smoothly and James Perry and staff were extremely proactive. I recommend them completely. JM 28/4/24
13th Feb 2024 (24 weeks ago)Very unprofessional. Simon advertised a company(bar/nightclub) for sale as "confidential" to which i called and book an appointment. Turns out the club they were advertising is NOT the nightclub they told me over the phone. I have spoken to the owners of the club which told me its not for sale......Once i mentioned this i have received no reply. Feels very much like a "bait and switch" which in UK is completely illegal, reported to ASA for false advertising.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
