I had sole agency and do not regret staying with them to the bitter end when a number of things went wrong with many buyers through no fault of Wright's. They were always kind and sympathetic when we had problems and went that extra mile to help. Thoroughly recommend them.
9th Nov 2023 (26 weeks ago)Dealt with Mark Waldron on the sale of our house in Riverhead. I would highly recommend both Mark and Knight Frank. Right from the initial valuation appointment, mark gave really solid advice on how to maximise the marketing of the house to achieve the best price in a reasonable timescale. This was in summer 2023 and a difficult market to sell in. Knight Frank got lots of interest in the house and had multiple offers. This was because we followed Marks pricing advice and they put together some really lovely photos, brochures and adverts. We did have issues with our first buyer, who messed us around. Mark spotted this quickly and he was replaced with another buyer within a week. Mark has supported us through the post sale process, always happy to help speak with buyers, solicitors and other agents. If you are serious about selling in Sevenoaks then I highly recommend you talk to Mark and his team at Knight Frank. Thank you
14th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Our property was with G&C for 17 months in total and sold at the third attempt. Online marketing of the property was excellent, although the initial valuation was over priced and set unrealistic expectations. Hollie, Kirstie & Lyndsey went above and beyond to get the sale, accomodating buyer requests for multiple visits etc. However, I think high staff turnover did not help the sale and at times we would have benefitted from a dedicated Expediter in branch.

Due to mortgage restrictions and a changing economic climate, the task of getting it over the line was not easy for anyone but Savills kept in constant contact, kept believing we would do it and keep the deal together. Always easy to reach, always have time for a call or chat and very informative. Would certainly recommend.

23rd Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)No communication, failed to turn up for the two viewings they had arranged and told the estate agent of the property we are buying that our purchase had pulled out before they told us. This one full week after they were informed about the loss of sale costing us the price of a survey. Very poor.- 19th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)I had my property for sale with Connells for 5 over months and they made very little effort to sell my property. The new manager apologised for their poor performance which was appreciated. I would not recommend them to sell a property on the Isle of Sheppey.
13th Apr 2020 (4 years ago)Sadly they never sold my house, they had 3 chances in 7 months, the 1st time sent the viewers around at 4pm in the dark and the next 2 they were time wasters! Gave them an extra month and they seem to give up, luckily the service was free because of being Grade 2 listed.

If truth be known, as we hadn't heard of them before it probably wouldn't have been one we would naturally have utilised. However, we have been simply over the moon that you were the chosen Estate Agents, your service has been nothing short of exemplary. You have done absolutely everything you said you would do, at the times and dates provided. The Staff are so supportive, and will go out of their way to make sure the information or question is provided or answered. Nothing has ever been too much, whatever date, time or person we spoke to. We had total faith in your ability to deliver, and trusted you to do your job and you absolutely delivered on everything. All I'm left to add is a big thank you to all concerned.
2nd May 2024 (4 days ago)They are sending pictures through our post and doors of other peoples properties who have sold in the area this is a breach of these people personal security, as they have taken pictures of other people properties in the neighbour hood,and sent pictures of the sold property to everyone. Estate agents should not be taking pictures of neighbouring properties and sending it to everyone. If you have sold properties you do not have to send pictures of others properties to everyone on neighbourhood. If somone needs an estate agent most are capable of finding one ourselves. From what have seen you do and post. What not use you at all, if need estate agent will look else where.
