We have let our property through Invicta for some years now. We took their top package and they manage everything for us. We are happy, and so are our tenants!

Encouraged to drop the asking price rather soon after signing, I felt the target customer of my property was poor and I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell the property as such. Wouldn’t use again - lots of promises and no follow through.

Buying or selling a house can be stressful, but they kept us informed at every stage and were always quick to answer questions or chase updates if and when needed. What stood out most was how proactive they were — they didn’t just pass messages along, they actively helped move the process forward and kept communication clear between all parties. We always felt they cared about getting things right rather than just closing a sale. Their marketing is exceptional and we sold our property within 3 weeks of it going live online! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
