19th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)We engaged Century 21 to sell a leasehold flat in Pimlico. There were some quite difficult aspects involved and these were handled professionally, as well as courteously, by Andrea Frigo, the lead conveyancer. The result was a successful sale, satisfactory to all parties. We would not hesitate for a second to use this company again or to recommend it to others.

They were great from start to finish — always quick to reply, super helpful, and on top of everything. They kept things moving, chased when needed, and made the whole experience much less stressful than it could have been. Really appreciated how responsive and proactive they both were. 26th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Malcolm was extremely helpful and efficient along with the rest of the team. After a prompt visit for the valuation, photos were then taken, the sales brochure was produced the same day and the property appeared on RightMove that afternoon. Viewings were almost immediate (they were very accommodating in being present at viewings with my elderly Mum) and we were kept up to date with feedback instantly. Louise in the office was very helpful (as was everyone I dealt with). Any phone calls or emails were answered promptly by the friendly team. Everything went very smoothly and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

5th Feb 2026 (9 weeks ago)After months of very frustrating house hunting experiences with numerous estate agents in south London, we viewed and offered on a house listed with Bryan and Keegan. Jamie Dalton was the agent who managed our purchase. Jamie was exceptional from start to completion. He was the most proactive, efficient agent. He helped us navigate a couple of tricky aspects with the sellers with great diplomacy. He supported them in obtaining documents from the council and in responding to our concerns from the survey. He was an excellent communicator who promptly replied to emails and calls and liaised well with our solicitor. He let nothing slip. Jamie was also very pleasant to deal with. Clearly, he has a wealth of experience and skills and was very committed to the process. I highly recommend him and his agency.
25th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Unpleasant experience with them. The entire process is lengthy and inconvenient. Distress won't end if you are with them. Negligible support during tenancy, worst and super delayed tenancy deposit return process (although the landlord agreed long ago). Extremely poor communication and lack of clarity about the process, and they only respond when you nudge them to follow up on your case. Overall a 'minus' 1 star experience in terms of the service. I would recommend other capable and efficient agents if you are looking for a stress-free experience.

She helped me secure an apartment in just two days and guided me smoothly through the referencing process, which was approved without any issues. Her speed, efficiency, and professionalism were truly impressive. She was responsive, organised, and made what is usually a stressful process feel effortless. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and would highly recommend her — she is genuinely one of the best agents I’ve ever worked with. Pamela Traba ????- 16th Mar 2026 (21 days ago)Buying and selling a property is already a very stressful time and I found this estate agents overall poor, and general lack of communication exasperated what should be a simple part of the process in relation to viewing properties. I contacted the agency a number of times requesting a viewing to not get through to anyone or told to wait for a callback. When I did finally receive the confirmation, communication issues persisted with no replies to queries, a dead phone line when trying to call, and even a closed office even though we could see someone sitting in there. I was often given the excuse of a tech issue, but no other route to contact them was offered. We were left standing in the cold waiting for the viewing and 15 minutes late the door opened and it appeared the estate agent was waiting inside the whole time. I was very disappointed in the service and even if I was interested in the property I would think twice before buying in case the poor communication carried on delaying the sale.

Matthew made the whole process incredibly smooth and stress-free, guiding me step by step and offering support from start to finish. The communication was excellent throughout, which made everything so much easier. Lina and Helen were also lovely to deal with—always more than happy to answer any questions I had along the way. Overall, everyone I interacted with was kind and extremely helpful. I couldn’t recommend them more to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable estate agent in South West London

He made everything smooth and stress-free, with no delays or complications at any stage. All promises were kept, communication was clear, and he ensured that everything was handled properly and on time. The apartment was handed over in excellent condition, clean, and exactly as expected. It was clear that attention to detail and good management were a priority. I really appreciated how seamless the whole experience was, and I would definitely recommend Abu and Madison Brook to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient letting agent

With no other estate agency would you get such senior members of staff doing the viewings themselves. In the past I’ve had viewings with recent graduates who are new to the market- with Bhoday you are in much safer hands
