Communication was quick and clear, and she was always responsive and happy to offer advice along the way. Dealing with the team was easy and straightforward from start to finish. Thanks to Emma, we ended up in the perfect rental place and couldn’t be more grateful. Would happily recommend Hamptons Dulwich to anyone looking to rent in the area.

As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.

It was nice to deal with real people who made me feel that they genuinely had both the tenants and landlords best interests at heart. Special mentions for Lisa, Jules and Dean.
21st Mar 2026 (16 days ago)We were really disappointed with the service we received selling our house through Maguire Baylis. The minute we had buyers on board, we were forgotten. We had to get all of our information through our solicitor and the estate agent we were buying our new property through. It came to completion day and they didn’t even call us to say we had completed. Again, both our solicitor called us with congratulations and the estate agent we were buying through. I found this level of care so disappointing. A few weeks went by and after everyone I had spoken to was shocked by this, I decided to give Maguire Baylis a call to see what actually happened and why we were so forgotten. I received an apology on the phone and told I was going to be emailed… the email never arrived….

She had great control over the chain and ensured that everything was moving along swiftly and always kept me updated. This was a particularly stressful transaction and I have much appreciation for the efforts Paddi put in to getting this over the line, as without her, I’m not sure it would have happened! Highly recommend.

I just wanted to arrange a viewing of a property I was interested in and was very keen to put an offer on subject to a successful viewing, and we couldn't even get that far. He wanted to confirm my position with my estate agent along with confirmation of my maximum budget and even queries why he couldn't find my property online- was a lot of unnecessary faf for what would have been a quick viewing/easy sale!

Even though we were unable to gain access to one of the properties, Anita went out of her way to assist us and helped connect us with the customer.
