22nd Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)We saw a property for let online, and last week my partner reached out to the agency to request a viewing and ask what documents were needed for the application. We were told we’d get an email with the details, but never received a response. After ome week I followed up asking for both a reply and a viewing, but again, nothing. Honestly, it’s not surprising the property has been on the market for almost a year—prospective tenants shouldn’t have to chase basic communication. Because of this lack of professionalism and responsiveness, we decided to look elsewhere and won’t be dealing with this agency.

8th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Proctors are very nice nice and friendly to deal with. However, my only criticism is that the photos of my flat were not professionally done. I have today seen a £1,600,000 house advertised by Proctors and the photos are in a totally different class. Admittedly when it was first listed I had not done away with lots of furniture etc and it now looks much better, however, I didn't find the photos good enough and my family and friends agree on this. As most agents use professional photographers I find this was a mistake on their part. But please do not mention my name to them. But they do know this area and my building so that is in favour of them.
8th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)The apartment was moved to another estate agent after 6 months as the buyers were not able to complete on their offers. I feel the listing was not properly promoted soon enough after the warning signs from failing buyers was evident. The home could have sold sooner at a lower price point but information about the state of the market was not made clear for to me to make an informed decision earlier.
3rd Oct 2026 (30 days ago)Friendly and responsive. I do feel they slightly overvalued the property which led to a suggestion to substantially drop the price, which was the only downside.

A friend who was a pleased client suggested using an independent agency, iPropertyuk . I'm pleased to report that within a few weeks, my property was rented at the asking price, and I saved several hundred pounds on commission.

They kept on top of things and made sure the process kept moving in spite of a few hurdles. I really think they earned their money. I would highly recommend iMove.
2nd Oct 2024 (2 years ago)I was unable to sell my flat for around a year with the mainstream estate agents but on our third attempt we decided to go with Pullen estate agents and sold within 4 weeks. Tom was very helpful and communicative all the way through the selling process whilst also managing our sale on a personal level giving us the attention that we definitely lacked from other providers all for a very reasonable fee. I would 100% recommend using Pullen estate agents to anyone looking to sell their property in a swift and efficient manor. Thanks again Tom!
