27th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)"I do not recommend this agency as they are deceitful. We lived in a house with leaks, mold, and a constantly malfunctioning boiler. Repairs (except for the boiler) were never conducted. In the end, they asked us to leave and didn't return our deposit. The agent was with us during the move-out, claiming everything was fine (we repainted and cleaned the apartment, but moved into a DIRTY, UNRENOVATED place). Scammers! Avoid them."

I have used late agency but I am getting best from cl wapping estate and my tenants are really good. I will definitely gibe them 1st priority for my other property.
