10th Jan 2026 (24 weeks ago)We had been with Greenlands for almost 3 years, they have been very good landlords/agents. Any requests were immediately acted upon, fixing things were very quick. They are respectful of your space - no surprise visits and they always ask for your confirmation. I really like that they manage properties locally so their office is super close to the properties. They are very responsive with the emails, repair requests, questions - anything you need. We got the deposits back really quickly as well. Thank you Will very much for taking care of us!

17th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)Went down auction route , communication poor , didn’t return calls , over valued property, when asked to supply solicitors had to chase up to find who was dealing with it ! Not very impressed with whole experience so far , have used Cobham branch before with move and that was brilliant no issues ! Will wait to see final outcome!

Ben Baker was excellent from first meeting through to eventual Completion - polite, reliable and efficient, as also were Ceri and his support team. Moving after 34 years was always going to be challenging, but Hamptons made the whole process much easier for us. We are glad we chose them.

I was with another Agent earlier and they were ok but not a patch on Fine And Country, being in this instance Josh and Charlie. Impeccably professional, honest and wholly trustworthy. They kept us informed before and after all viewings and we had quite a few before we found our buyer but always felt they maintained an enthusiasm and commitment to the job. A very professional but personal service.
16th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Awful if I could give zero stars I would they do not care about complaints that are submitted to them in regard to their tenants as they are getting the rent each month. We have had issues with tenants of theirs for almost 6 months now and another neighbour for almost 3 years and nothing other then sending them letters which has done nothing and telling us to go environmental health. Absolutely disgusting!
4th Mar 2026 (17 weeks ago)Very impressed with the service I received from Winkworth in Winchester. Every aspect of the process so far has been excellent. Good prompt valuation, marketed very well online and in a printed brochure with good photos and text. The property was under offer in less than two weeks on the market. Professional handling of the offer and follow up since then has also been extremely good. Communication throughout has been friendly and very clear.
10th Jan 2026 (24 weeks ago)Extremely poor experience as block management . Basic management tasks were not carried out, instructions were repeatedly ignored, and financial records were inconsistent. Communication was defensive, aggressive rather than constructive when issues were raised, and the firm resigned abruptly without a proper handover instead of rectifying the issues, The service fell well below the standard expected of a professional managing agent … well obviously they are not professional! Not recommended , stay well away from !!
17th Jun 2026 (13 days ago)EweMove staff recently sold our flat and it turned out to be a long process, because our first buyers dropped out when we were almost at the completion stage. Because it was then August we decided to rent the flat out for 6 months and put it back up for sale. Not only did the staff find us a suitable and reliable short term tenant within a few days, but another buyer, who had viewed our flat previously and was still interested in buying it. Every step of the process was handled efficiently and the staff were always supportive, very knowledgeable and helpful. When we first met Neil at EweMove he promised us a personal service and they didn’t fail to deliver on this promise. Would highly recommend EweMove.
