21st May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I am really surprised by this rate. This agency provides the worst service. Actually, it doesn’t provide anything, it just takes money from tenants. The houses are full of rodents, and pest control never visits despite all the complaints from tenants. The internet is not working properly, which prevents people from working from home. The food bin has been full for more than two months, and no one has taken it away. Where else should tenants complain to ensure basic safety standards are met? If nothing is fixed, I will upload photos so other people can see the conditions.

I have been very impressed with the way they communicated with me before and after each viewing. I have received the feedback from the potential buyer soon after the viewing and was kept updated from the start to the end.

Neil and Angus were incredibly professional, had great communication and I would definitely recommended and use them personally again in the future.

I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! 15th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)Id just like to say a huge thank you to Christie and David for their kind, very knowledgeable, support and hand holding through the current minefield that is letting a property. They readily put me at ease and fully explained how the process works, given i was embarassingly clueless on many issues. They gave much needed, clear and concise information about current legislation, requirements and timescales, and kept me updated on progress during the actual lettings process. Definitely an above and beyond approach. Its given me the confidence to continue as a landord. I especially appreciate the fixed fee for clearly listed services that other companies either didnt offer or were 'add on costs'.

13th Mar 2026 (16 weeks ago)We went to view a few properties and had the pleasure of meeting Kriztina. She was amazing—very kind, sincere, and extremely knowledgeable about her work. She made everyone feel welcome and comfortable from the start. Kriztina explained everything clearly and in detail, and she patiently answered every question we asked. We met her a few times during our search, and each time she was just as welcoming and helpful. As I am dyslexic, I especially appreciated how patient and understanding she was with me. It meant a lot and made the whole experience much easier. Although I am no longer looking for a property, I would like to wish her all the very best for the future. If I ever need help with finding a property again, she will be the first person I contact. Thank you very much for all your help. Mohammad

Nothing was too much trouble for them and all the viewings were completed by the agent. Andrew, Daryl and Cheryl were always contactable and kept me fully informed of progress. I totally recommend this company.

The team is friendly, approachable, and always quick to respond to any questions or issues we’ve had. Any maintenance requests were dealt with promptly and efficiently, and we’ve always felt like we were being taken seriously and looked after. Moving in was straightforward, and the communication throughout our tenancy has been excellent. It’s rare to find a letting agency that feels this organised and genuinely cares about its tenants, but Ezelet absolutely delivers. We’ve felt supported throughout and really appreciate the high level of service. We would happily recommend Ezelet to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agency! More power Ezelet.

12th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)It was such a pleasant experience we had with Durden & Hunt and their lovely agent Anya. As soon as we mentioned what exactly we’re looking for she came up with a beautiful place which was almost perfect for us. She was able to offer a viewing the very next day which was very quick for us to have a look and decide. She showed me the place, was able to explain the features very well and she answered all the questions I had. Eventually we didn’t end up renting the place however I was very satisfied with this process as they were quite helpful and considerate. I would definitely recommend Durden & Hunt and huge thanks to Anya.
