5th Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)I need to express that buying a home is one of the most stressful things I have ever gone through, but it would have been entirely more stressful if not for Stuart at Grants Addlestone. He was honestly great throughout the process. He was always reassuring, offering great advice, and generally going above and beyond to help where possible. I dunno if I ever will go through a similar process again, but I'd be more than happy to rely on Stuart again if I did.

Vicki and Helen have supported us through the process and been instrumental in making it quick and straightforward. They had viewers lined up before our house went on the market resulting in it selling on the day it went live!<br><br>Family members had also recently made a purchase through VLS, and we had been extremely impressed with the professionalism and knowledge Helen had when showing that property.<br><br>We made use of the complementary mortgage advice from VLS Mortgages and Kirsty has been brilliant, providing all the advice we needed and quickly updating our mortgage offer when rates briefly came down. Charlotte was also great in explaining our life insurance options and securing the policy for us.<br><br>We would not hesitate in recommending VLS to anyone looking to sell their property!

Super reliable and high quality job pretty much on time (the heatwave slowed work a few days which is understandable). No nasty surprises when a couple of unavoidable issues popped up and I made a few new choices - I was always fully aware of cost and timetable. Highly recommended.

He always went above and beyond, and made us feel safe during a highly stressful time. Amanda was our sale progressor. She was immediate in her response to anything and everything. If they didn’t have the answer to hand, they would find it.<br>We had some delays with the exchange due to another seller, but we were always kept in the loop and always knew they were pushing on our behalf.<br>We were also always greeted with help from other members of staff when our primary’s were out of the office.<br>Could not recommend them enough. I would not hesitate to use them again if I had the need and will 100% be suggesting them to any friends and family that are thinking of moving.
