Their services were value for money. They understood our objectives and style, were creative, were easy to reach. They have no rivals in the local SW6 market knowledge. I would recommend them to a friend.
22nd Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)We saw a property for let online, and last week my partner reached out to the agency to request a viewing and ask what documents were needed for the application. We were told we’d get an email with the details, but never received a response. After ome week I followed up asking for both a reply and a viewing, but again, nothing. Honestly, it’s not surprising the property has been on the market for almost a year—prospective tenants shouldn’t have to chase basic communication. Because of this lack of professionalism and responsiveness, we decided to look elsewhere and won’t be dealing with this agency.

11th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Very disappointing experience. After five years, I expected honesty, professionalism and clear communication. Instead, I received contradictory information about our money and experienced unacceptable treatment over the phone. Sadly, I cannot recommend this company.

18th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Selling my dad's house was an emotional experience but with the support and guidance of Toomey's from the beginning with Paul, discussing the process and with Simon managing the sale and keeping things on track, it made the whole experience much easier and faster than I expected. I highly recommend them.
15th Jul 2022 (4 years ago)Very difficult to reach by phone or email. They lost the tenants rent several times. Now they have failed to pay back the deposit - 3 months after the tenants moved out! And unresponsive as ever to emails and complaints

4th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Slow to give feedback on viewings. I had to chase after a couple of days but improved when I complained. Some rushed viewings . One agent arrived and said it had to be quick and she had asked the buyer to come earlier. Another told a late buyer asked to come at 8.45am on arrival that they only had 15 minutes so it would be a quick look . We were told they had a large database of buyers but I wonder if just relying on the property listings and their database algorithms to find people was enough. They did offer us a premium listing months later when I asked what else could be done and this generated viewings . Unable to arrange one second viewing and blamed staff absence for not contacting the buyer when I rang up a week later and the buyer did not return their call. People not getting back to them happened a lot . We were never shown any evidence of their contacts with people . It's a shame as they understood the market and provided a lot of information about why viewings were sparse due to external factors.Pleasant staff with good local knowledge. We gave them a long period as it was a tough time to sell but did decide to find another agent in the end as they did not seem that proactive .

6th Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Having dealt with many estate agents over the last 6 months in an attempt to find the right property, it was a pleasure to find an agent who not only cared, but kept us permanently informed of the progress at every step. Even when we struggled trying to download various bank statements etc., they took the trouble to come to our property and spent 2 1/2 hours downloading documents for us. We were in constant contact with Sam Jamani and Matthew at the Worcestet Park branch. We would definitely recommend them to any landlord looking for an agent to act for them.

Anaise was amazing, always at the end of the phone helping with any questions and keeping us informed of any updates. 18th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Frederick and Co manages just one property for me. I have been trying to get clarity on my bills and help the tenant with an issue brought to me by the agents as urgent, which I did reply straight away and I haven’t heard from them since. I have called all branches in Kent and no one answered the phone. I called my contact’s mobile and no answer and there are no replies to any of my emails. But I do receive a bill monthly and the first two (maybe three) months of rent won’t hit my account as they say it’s to pay for bills but they cannot supply me with a detailed breakdown of their expenditure. Thoroughly disappointing and frustrating. Must do better! I’m a paying client.
