23rd Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Craig Anthony Ashcroft & Mrs Beverley Gepp of The property studio Barnet ltd are decietful and have no regard at all about the rights of those living adjacent to their tenants. AVOID like the plague. Won’t even send anything over that counteracts HM Land registry official documents. Enabling trespassing and harassment. Blocking our sunlight and failing to even provide a time or date when it’s being cut. No parking in their tenants AST. Yet they take up not one but 2 parking bays in the car park when their 1 space is allocated around the corner. Ridicules those with disabilities and refuse to make reasonable adjustments under equality act 2010 to write back on email. LEGAL ACTION PENDING against them and to the redress scheme they are subscribed to. 0/10
31st Jan 2026 (22 weeks ago)While looking for an Estate Agent in Bagshot, to manage the renting of my property, I decided to use Howlands since they’re a local family run property business with the reviews being positive and the prices competitive. I’m really pleased I made this decision with James, Sandy, and Allan providing a very professional service during the 18mth period. Communication was very good with any problems raised by the tenants addressed swiftly which provided peace of mind. Due to Howlands being a family run business they go the extra mile and ensure they offer a positive experience. Based off the positive experience I subsequently used Howlands for the sale of the property which also worked out very well. The photos of the property showcased the house very positively with the video walk-through organised by James also looking great. During the conveyancing process James and Allan did an excellent job with providing regular updates and managing the communication between the sellers. I’d thoroughly recommend using Howlands for renting, selling, or buying a property in the Bagshot area with it even more important to support this great local business.

29th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset.

He was a great communicator, and this continued when Sally took over in her role as 'progressor'. She was often chasing different aspects of the sale, reporting back to us regularly and always responding to emails promptly. Thank you.
