3rd Jul 2026 (12 weeks ago)Our experience renting through Druce has been one of broken promises, poor service, and a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. An all round horrible experience.<br><br>We did everything asked of us, promptly and in good faith. We signed the tenancy, passed all referencing and guarantor checks, and paid our deposit and a full month's rent without a single delay. In return, we were handed a flat that was nowhere near ready to live in. What is even more shocking that the landlord had not been aware of the majority of this, showing the way in which Druce "take care" of their clients...<br><br>Despite professional cleaning being an agreed condition of our tenancy, the flat was not cleaned. It was left full of the previous occupant's belongings. There was broken glass left on the balcony. We were given only one key for two tenants. The bed we were promised was never provided, leaving a bedroom of a two-bedroom flat unusable. And, discovered by us, and not disclosed by them, there were mouse droppings and large holes throughout the flat, along with a long list of other defects: missing radiator valves leaving rooms with no heating, broken cupboards, broken toilet seats, a loose electrical socket, and more. None of it was mentioned to us before we signed and paid.<br><br>Druce openly admitted to us that they had rushed the process to meet the move-in date. Yet when we raised that the flat was unusable, we were told it had been "our choice" not to move in. We had already given up our previous homes on the strength of that date. As a result, we spent a week without a home, staying with friends, all while paying full rent for a property we could not live in. When asked for a deduction to the next months rent, they declined, as well as declining to take accountability for any of this.<br><br>Nothing was resolved proactively. Every single step forward came only after repeated chasing, formal complaints, and escalation on our part. For a firm that presents itself the way Druce does, the standard of service, honesty, and basic care has been genuinely shocking.<br><br>If you are considering renting through Druce, think very carefully for the service you are paying for. We would not want anyone else to go through what we have. Or even better, DO NOT USE DRUCE!
5th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)I started looking for an apartment on Bank Holiday Monday in late May. I was delighted to encounter the team at Dexters who were keen to assist. I was greeted by Cory who I found to be interested in me and my criteria. A great conversation followed by a number of viewings facilitated across the patch. During the viewings I received a professional yet really personable response, great knowledge and confidence building for me as it is my first time renting and everything was new to me. I had so many questions and when Corey and I realised that I wished to expand my criteria, Corey facilitated alternatives and despite his having other customers to deal with intermittently I was able to receive a truly comprehensive service from him. We viewed 7 properties that day, I was so impressed to have achieved so much in one day, Luke also assisted in answering my queries later in the day and provided me with furniture rental information to help me consider all cost planning when considering furnished and unfurnished options. I got a superb service from Dexters and thank Corey particularly for making me feel comfortable, providing all the information I needed and providing me so many great opportunities to view in one day! Superb. Impressed by the follow up connection from him also. Brilliant job Corey and Luke.

22nd Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)I recently dealt with them regarding a property in the Colorado development and I can honestly say the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was always swift, clear and transparent and every interaction felt professional yet genuinely friendly. Mark was particularly helpful and he kept me updated at every stage, explained all options openly and went out of his way to find suitable alternatives when circumstances changed. When it became clear that the original flat might not be available, the agency handled everything with complete honesty and refunded my holding deposit immediately in less than 12h something that really reflects their integrity and efficiency. It’s rare to come across an agency that combines professionalism with such a personal, approachable attitude. I’ll definitely be back in touch with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, transparent and friendly lettings team.
4th Sep 2026 (18 days ago)My overall experience with Tower Estate Agents was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, I would not recommend their service to anyone.<br><br>From the very first day, the staff were initially nice, friendly and helpful, and I was happy when I received the keys to my flat. However, once I entered the property, I was shocked by the condition it was left in. The place was extremely dirty and completely unorganised. During the first few days, I had to spend my own time painting and cleaning the entire property from top to bottom. The condition was so bad that, even after cleaning, it still didn’t feel properly clean or suitable to live in.<br><br>On top of that, the cooker was not working. I contacted them to get it repaired, but it took a full week for the issue to be resolved, despite them knowing that I have children who needed to be fed. What made the situation worse was the way I was treated when I called. On several occasions, the woman I spoke to on the phone was very rude and gave me an attitude, and she even hung up on me more than once. I found this extremely unprofessional and upsetting.<br><br>Later, I discovered that the mattress provided in the property was in a truly disgusting condition. I could not allow my children to sleep on it, so I contacted them and asked for it to be replaced. Unfortunately, it took three months for them to finally change the mattress.<br><br>For anyone wondering why I waited for them to replace it rather than simply buying a new one myself, this was temporary accommodation, and I was not allowed to replace or dispose of the furniture myself. I therefore had no choice but to wait for them to deal with it.<br><br>Another thing I found very strange was that the manager repeatedly encouraged and pressured me to leave feedback online. At the time, I found this uncomfortable, especially considering the issues I was experiencing with the property and the service. I believe feedback should be given voluntarily and honestly, rather than feeling pressured to provide it.<br><br>Overall, my experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. I expected a property to be provided in a clean, safe and reasonable condition, especially when children are involved. Instead, I felt that I had to constantly chase issues that should have been dealt with before I was given the keys.<br><br>I have also raised my concerns with my council, and I was told that they had received other complaints about this property/service and that they would no longer be booking this place for people.<br><br>I am sharing my experience so that anyone considering using this service knows what they may potentially be dealing with. Please think carefully before putting yourself through the stress and frustration that I experienced.
18th Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Told it'd be a fair viewing system and everyone would get a chance to view it before a decision, so don't worry about making an early viewing and late week one would be fine, to then be told one of the first viewers have been accepted. Pretty disgusting service, if the landlord can decide to take the first viewers then why lie to people about a "fair system".

Quick and efficient responses for all our queries. Then we bought our first house through them as well and their help was amazing. Every person of the staff I talked to knew about our case. Communication was always quick and clear, and the whole process has been smooth and stress-free which makes such a refreshing change! This was genuinely the easiest house search and rental experience I’ve ever had. I couldn’t recommend her more — thank you again for making everything so simple and straightforward Liz!
1st Sep 2026 (21 days ago)Everyone at Douglas Allen was helpful and supportive. Unfortunately the house hat to be sold for a lot less than expected as the market was not very fluid. At least a buyer was found very quickly and we bought the bungalow we wanted at a small discount from the asking price.
23rd Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)AJM were the agents for the seller of the house we recently bought, the experience was chalk and cheese from most of the other agents I encountered. Accessible, knowledgeable about the area and focused on getting the sale done, ably abbetted by a solicitor working closely with him and my own solicitor. Thinking about moving into the the area? I can commend this team wholeheartedly.
10th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)We had been with Greenlands for almost 3 years, they have been very good landlords/agents. Any requests were immediately acted upon, fixing things were very quick. They are respectful of your space - no surprise visits and they always ask for your confirmation. I really like that they manage properties locally so their office is super close to the properties. They are very responsive with the emails, repair requests, questions - anything you need. We got the deposits back really quickly as well. Thank you Will very much for taking care of us!
16th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)I moved into my flat in June and had a great experience with the sales agent, Kevin. I wasn't made aware at the time of move in though that the landlord doesn't actually use Chase Evans for repairs. I flagged that my shower head holder was broken and a safety hazard during my inspection on June 1st. It is now September 16th and I still have not been able to get someone to come repair it and the shower head has hit me on the head, leaving a bruise multiple times. The property manager, Andrew Karayiannis, and his manager Bethany are claiming they're doing all they can do but they rarely return my calls or follow through on what they say they're going to do and they're unable to get an appointment set. I have tried going through the landlord's person directly but he is unresponsive as well. This is by far the worst property management experience I've had in the UK and in the US. At the very least, make sure you understand if Chase Evans actually manages the property or just avoid altogether.
15th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)Unfortunately they were not proactive and the person accompanying the viewings was lacklustre. The feedback was requested by email and through an online form so again there was no positive interaction with viewers to encourage them to get over any concerns they may have had, the feedback given by the second and last viewer was that the decor wasn’t to their liking! I took the property off the market as the only thing they were going to do was want it reduced in price despite pretty much just putting it on rightmove and expecting the house and rightmove to do all the work.
29th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older (i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS. they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them.
