11th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have been living in a property managed by Crewys Limited for over 3 months now and honestly it has been one of the best renting experiences I have had so far. The room is amazing and whenever there is any issue in the house we just message in the group chat and it gets sorted quickly. No chasing. What really surprised me though is the weekly communal cleaning, in all the houses I have lived in I have never seen any agency do that and it makes such a big difference when you are living with others. I got the bad gas hob, they replaced the new one within a month. They also maintain the garden from time to time which again is something you do not usually see with most agencies. It is clear they actually care about their properties and the people living in them and the whole experience has been smooth and stress free since day one. If you are looking for a letting agency that is responsive and genuinely looks after their tenants then I would definitely recommend Crewys Limited.

17th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I have dealth with agents in the past and it wasnt joyful. Dealing with Teresa, Jana and Mark was professional...they sold 2 properties for me. Selling is a nightmare in the UK so it wasnt without its problems but I was always guided well through the selling chaos. I would adopt Theresa and Jana.

25th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Called to arrange a valuation, told some one would call back next day, never did, called again told someone would call again, never did. Chased again and left answer phone message. No one ever called! Dont bother!
1st May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Whiteknights failed to progress the sale of our property up until the last minute when it collapsed due to them not checking a basic fact such as the buyers giving their two-month notice to their landlord. The buyers pulled out on account of having to pay £887 extra on a half a million pound purchase to meet a completion date the whole chain had agreed to extend at the buyers request. Whiteknights did not check they had served their notice on time to meet the completion date, did not inform us they hadn't, they just informed us last minute when the sale ultimately collapsed. We're left to remarket the house now after 6 months in this process and to continue incurring costs, as well as breaking two separate chains. Still stunned by how utterly appalling Whiteknights have been.

20th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Unfortunately Vickery were unable to sell our property, despite us agreeing to significantly drop the price compared to their original valuation. The team were professional and polite without feeling like they really pushed to sell our property.
11th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)I had a viewing booked for a property which was around 40 minutes to get to from my previous location. However, i arrived 15 minutes early and waited to be seen. I was there for 45 minutes, called and emailed the agency several times and left voicemails, knocked on the property but still no avail. They left me to stand outside a property, and to make it worse, no one messaged after with an apology or explanation. Do not go with agency, unprofessional is an understatement
20th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)First off, when viewing the property, we were told that we would have parking spaces on the drive, which was very important to us. After moving in, a neighbour informed us that the spaces did not actually belong to the property. The landlord later confirmed that due to planning permission, the spaces belonged to the neighbours and the agents should never have advertised them as ours. When moving out, we even returned the keys early. After the checkout, we found ourselves constantly chasing the estate agents regarding our deposit. We were told to contact the landlord directly, despite renting through the agents, not him. After 4 weeks, the landlord finally agreed to a deduction amount and informed the agents, but they still didn’t bother updating us by email, so once again we had to chase for information ourselves. It took 4 and a half weeks to finally receive our deposit back. I would not rent through this company again. Although you rent through them, they seem to want nothing to do with you afterwards. Emails were ignored, there was very little help provided, and we were given incorrect information simply to encourage us to rent through them.

I’ve introduced a few clients who are looking at opportunities in London, and Freder has been extremely helpful in supporting these searches, including clients exploring both the Romanian and China markets. ???????????????????????????? In a fast-moving market like this, having a team that acts efficiently and communicates clearly makes a real difference. ?????? I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. ????
