The team did an excellent job finding us a buyer after our first sale fell through and handled the offer negotiation with professionalism and speed. The sales progression was a little hampered by a poor service from the buyers solicitors but we got there in the end. Well done the team at Roberts and Co.

27th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)I started my property purchase only a few months ago through Entwistle Green Leyland. From the start the lovely staff were easy to get hold of and communicate with.
Charlotte was especially good with helping me through the initial offer for the property and then Charlotte and Helen again were great support when the seller needed a bit of a nudge to get the sale over the line.
I am hoping to purchase more property and would definitely deal with this branch again, the team are brilliant.
The solicitors recommended by this branch were also great.

He's not only professional and gets the job done but he is so easy to speak too and to be honest once you ask him to do something it's done.
