5th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Went to 5 estate agents initially but chose to commission Darlows after a confident pitch from their lead agent. We doubted the valuation but were assured due diligence had been conducted, so we went with their expertise. Within 2 weeks, the person we had been dealing with left and we were asked to reduce the price by £25k. Photographs were poor and we had to have a second set created. For the 20 week period of the contract, we only had 1 viewing but the marketing report showed 2 as they counted the visit of the photographer being a visit. The 1 viewing we had, the estate agent asked if the house was listed in front of the potential buyers, which showed à lack of market knowledge, which left us lacking any confidence moving forwards. The 2nd person who acted as our contact has now left the branch and once our contract ends we’re looking to commission a new estate agent. Overall, an extremely disappointing experience and sadly, we can’t recommend Darlows to anyone.

He was friendly, professional and helpful and we quickly agreed the right price to market our property. We sold within a month of the bungalow being advertised thanks to the efforts of Paul and his colleague Jeff Hopkins. The experience and local knowledge of the staff at Jeffrey Ross resulted in a quick sale for us. 29th Jan 2026 (20 weeks ago)Difficult to judge when you have had little traffic to view the property with no explanantion as to why? Was it the wrong time of year, was it the advertising (little evidence)? Value for money, we spend nothing. The agency was friendly but lacked in keeping us informed.

10th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Have sold an inherited property and rented with Ferriers. They work with heart and integrity and have made both experiences with them easy. The integrity of an estate agent really does matter and these guys are miles ahead of competitors. They are supportive and have made stressful times more bearable. Should I find myself looking for a property in the future then Ferriers will 100% be my first port of call. Thank you to you all at Ferriers ….this is exactly how an estate agents should operate xx
11th Mar 2017 (9 years ago)After more than two years with another estate agent and a sale falling through, I remarketed with CTF. I had 3 agents come to see my house and felt a great energy from the CTF agent which is why I opted to market with them. In 3 months I had more viewings than in 9 months with my previous agent. They listened to me and my feelings and experience with internet marketing. My house sold and completed within 3 months, whether due to timing or otherwise, but throughout I had great communication and feedback from the agent. In fact, my house sale completed only 2 weeks after the previous sale which fell through would have! All of the staff I spoke to were friendly, polite and seemed genuinely pleased for me and I would recommend Clee Tompkknson Francis to a friend.- 13th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)My over all experience has been good .they kept me well informed every step of the way .

Bob was fantastic throughout the entire process and I can’t recommend Brighter Moves highly enough. His local knowledge and personable approach were second to none. Even after completion, he continued to be helpful and supportive which really set him apart. An excellent service from start to finish.- 23rd Jan 2023 (3 years ago)Made a stressful experience much easier. Nothing was too much trouble when contacting office and Sarah Francis kept me informed at all times, more than solicitors did ! Would also like to mention Lewis Manners and Sarah Bunting for their professionalism and always returning my numerous phone calls.
17th Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)Incredible letting agents especially for students, honest and reliable. They recently contacted myself and my former housemate to inform us we had credit on our account with them so they could give it back to us as we had long since moved out. Many other letting agents wouldn't have bothered to email and would have kept the money to themselves, but White&Jones are not like those others, they have credibility and honour. A property agent you can count on to do you right and not mess you around. Zero issues.

2nd Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)I rented through MGY Penarth with Sarah as my letting agent and had an excellent experience. She was always professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions or issues. Communication was clear throughout, and she made the whole process smooth and stress free. I’d happily recommend Sarah and MGY to any tenant looking to rent in the area.
