10th Mar 2017 (9 years ago)I found my current flat with Harmens on Zoopla. Everything was too good to be true. I wanted to check the reviews, but the reviews were 1-star or so. I met them in person; they were nice and I wanted to trust them. Finally, I signed the contract. They are actually really really good. If you like one of their flats, I'd say, go for it.

5th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)I was planning to visit Mansion London Limited to discuss a high-end property I found on Zoopla (which was also featured in News Shopper). However, when I searched their 15 Stratton Street address to find directions for my visit, I discovered it appears to be a virtual office and mail-forwarding service rather than a dedicated physical brokerage. This red flag prompted me to do some standard due diligence, and I ultimately decided to walk away. I checked their publicly available Companies House records (Company No. 08294606), and their most recent filings show a business in heavy debt with significant negative retained earnings, zero physical assets on their balance sheet, and relying on bank loans and overdrafts. There is a very stark contrast between the elite, luxury image they project online and the actual financial health and physical presence of the corporate entity. For anyone looking to buy or sell luxury real estate, I highly recommend doing your own thorough background checks on the corporate entity before handing over any money, signing contracts, or trusting them with high-value assets.

16th Feb 2023 (3 years ago)Fantastic team, everyone I dealt with was lovely. They sold my property without fuss. It was a difficult move for me and I had so much support, they really did go the extra mile. I also found them honest which was not what I experienced with other agents in the town when it came to purchasing. They will take time to present your property with expert photos, and will find you the right buyer, they will listen to you, they will guide you and they will support you. I can't rate them highly enough.

16th Apr 2023 (3 years ago)Worst Experience I have ever had in London. After 3 months that the tenancy agreement ended. I am still waiting for a deposit of £3k to come back to me I rented a place with JC Living and the communication has been so unprofessional and disjointed. They don't provide any service unless when it comes to asking for money. They keep changing staff from their side so there is no point of contact. Awful agency. Avoid Avoid Avoid!
