10th Mar 2017 (9 years ago)I found my current flat with Harmens on Zoopla. Everything was too good to be true. I wanted to check the reviews, but the reviews were 1-star or so. I met them in person; they were nice and I wanted to trust them. Finally, I signed the contract. They are actually really really good. If you like one of their flats, I'd say, go for it.

16th Apr 2023 (2 years ago)Worst Experience I have ever had in London. After 3 months that the tenancy agreement ended. I am still waiting for a deposit of £3k to come back to me I rented a place with JC Living and the communication has been so unprofessional and disjointed. They don't provide any service unless when it comes to asking for money. They keep changing staff from their side so there is no point of contact. Awful agency. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

9th Dec 2025 (17 weeks ago)Timour at Kingworths was more than helpful back in 2024 when selling our commercial property in Ealing Broadway. The communication was amazing throughout and he went above and beyond to make sure all the ducks were lined up and timeframes were achieved all around. Good Solicitors on both sides also a huge plus. In fact Timour did such a good job we used him again when recently selling our residential property on Gunnersbury Lane. Timour gave as much detail to getting the job done as the previous sale. Well done & thank you! Highly recommend using them and good luck!

I have also had two viewing appointments arranged only for the first people not to turn up and the second arranged for a Friday and then I heard no more. I also had an appointment arranged for a viewing of a flat, but waited 40 minutes and he did not turn up.
