5th Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)If I could give 0 stars I would. Whether you are home owner or would-be tenant I highly recommend you stay away from Olav. Highly unprofessional and rarely contactable even in emergencies. I was a tenant and by the end of my tenancy even my landlord decided to drop this agency and handle things himself.

We had a very smooth purchase process because of his professional attitude and his capability to manage the relationship between us and our new home developer. It has been a pleasure liaising with him. Will recommend Caddingtons and Arthur to anyone looking for a home in London!

15th Aug 2020 (6 years ago)I found dealing with Vince Spoto at Pedder to be the best experience I have had in selling a property. He kept me informed at all stages. He was professional, polite, sensitive and efficient. He helped to expedite things in good time. A good communicator who always got back to me quickly if he was not available when I needed to speak with him. Thank you.
23rd Sep 2022 (4 years ago)A window in the flat broke in November, almost a year later and we find out from the tenant that they haven't fixed it. Will not respond to calls or return them. Property managers seem to change every three months and no new manager seems to have any idea of what the previous ones said or did.
Avoid.

I used JS Estate Management under a fully managed agreement. I raised concerns about unauthorised occupation of my property and was assured there were no issues — yet documentary evidence showed the agent knew exactly who was occupying it.
When I requested a payment trail showing how rent was handled, they refused to provide it.
I raised formal complaints with The Property Ombudsman. Both were upheld and I received compensation on each occasion.

James was fantastic throughout, great communicator and very friendly. We never had to chase / ever found ourselves unsure about what’s happening.
What is normally a very stressful process was turned into a far more pleasant one for us with the help and support of James.
