After a few initial challenges settling into the property and with the management handover, I would particularly like to recognise Esther Kerenge, who has been exceptional since taking over as our Property Manager.
We had a number of outstanding maintenance items following our move, and Esther has been incredibly responsive, professional and proactive in helping us work through them. She communicates clearly, follows up when she says she will, keeps us informed, and genuinely cares about getting things resolved properly.
Most recently, Esther responded very quickly when we discovered a potential leak, arranging for an excellent contractor to attend and ensuring the issue was dealt with promptly. She has also coordinated the completion of a number of other outstanding maintenance items, always remaining helpful, patient and positive throughout.
What I appreciate most is that Esther manages the relationship in a way that feels fair and constructive for both tenant and landlord. We take a lot of pride in looking after the property as if it were our own, and it makes such a difference having a Property Manager who recognises that and works collaboratively with us.
Esther is an absolute credit to Acorn, and I wanted to make sure her professionalism, responsiveness and excellent customer service were recognised. Thank you, Esther, for everything you do — it is very much appreciated.

I completed my first home purchase with them about five months ago, and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Stuart did an outstanding job supporting the entire process and keeping things moving. Nerea was incredible during the initial viewing and exceptionally kind when I visited the branch to collect my keys. They even provided a very thoughtful completion welcome box. A truly professional team. Five stars.
10th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience with Hamptons Tower Bridge, particularly during the final few months of our tenancy.
After nearly four years as reliable tenants, I felt there was very little consideration for the fact that this was our home. Communication from Scott was often rude, abrasive and lacking in empathy, particularly when discussing a potential tenancy renewal.
The move-out process was equally disappointing. There was little guidance around checkout expectations, which I believe contributed to avoidable deductions from our deposit. We also received repeated requests for same-day property viewings, despite our tenancy agreement requiring 24 hours’ notice.
Moving home is already stressful and expensive, and I expected much better from an established lettings agency. Our landlord was always fair and reasonable, but unfortunately I cannot say the same for our experience with Hamptons.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and helps improve the experience for future tenants. I certainly wouldn’t choose to use Hamptons again.

16th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)I am the leaseholder of 41 Textile Building which has been managed by Stirling Ackroyd since April 2026. The first property manager left a mess and has thankfully moved on. Annaliese Bimpong has recently taken over and has done a brilliant job of dealing with the issues that were left behind and liaising with the tenant.

She always got back to us quickly whenever we had a question, and when we needed to move in soon after our offer, she got everything sorted in no time. Made the whole process really easy. 4th Oct 2024 (2 years ago)has been abit of a rollercoaster with trying to get the sale moving and underway,but thanks to matteo and Alex neil, everything went according to plan. Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable.

Harry has also been helpful throughout the whole process. What I appreciate most is how honest, transparent and responsive they’ve been with everything. They’re genuinely easy to deal with and make you feel well looked after. Everything has been handled smoothly and professionally. Would definitely recommend!

A special mention to Paula, our property manager, who was always so helpful, friendly and professional. Whenever we had any questions or needed something sorted, Paula was always there to help and made everything so easy for us.
In five years, we never had any major issues, and we always felt that our property and our concerns were being looked after properly. It’s not often you find an estate agent where you can have that kind of relationship and trust.
