1st Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)From the first phone call with Stephanie, who was a breath of fresh air, to the initial meeting with Emma, who was informative, confidence inspiring and took on board exactly how and what we were looking for, with the sale of our home. O'Malley stood out compared to the other agents that we had seen, and the service has been impeccable. Kept us informed at every step and the house sold within 6 days! Would highly recommend them! The sales progression app, they use, is genius! All round a 1st Class service, but its the staff that made it a pleasurable experience. Thanks again Emma!
2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Alyson helped me sell my flat so I could purchase a new home. I would definitely use Alexander Taylor again. Me and my partner found Alyson professional, really communicative, yet friendly at the same. We had 3 offers within going live after only one week on the market, despite other agents telling me it could take months to sell. Unfortunately, the original buyer pulled out from the sale, which I know happens and cannot be controlled. However, Alyson handled the setback really well and was determined to get the place sold again, which she did. When I felt frustrated due to a lack of communication with lawyers and banks, Alyson was different and always kept us updated throughout the process.

The staff are all fantastic and Karen and Lauren really kept us at ease and were so helpful, fast and understanding when our sale fell through and we needed to put our flat back on the market. We are glad we decided to use Slater Hogg and would definitely use them again.

On both occasions, the team was exceptionally personable, supportive and attentive. They consistently went above and beyond, never making anything feel like too much trouble. Selling the family home was particularly emotional and throughout the process, the team demonstrated genuine kindness and understanding, which made an otherwise difficult experience much more manageable. Every member of the team played a part in the sale. It felt like working with an extension of the family as they all knew who I was and were able to assist promptly and effectively. They were incredibly helpful and informative and went above and beyond with helping us yanks with local insights. This year they located and helped us buy our home in Stirling. They were extremely patient in explaining the buying process in Scotland which is very different from buying in the States. They helped us every single step of the way with graciousness and humor when we made daily visits to their office. We would highly recommend this branch for all your letting or buying needs.

Emails are sent in a patronising and rude tone. It used to be if there was an issue it was sorted asap but now everything takes forever. Thankfully I won't have to as I bought a property but I'd never rent through them again and I'd never recommend them.

4th Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)Selling our home with NEST in Falkirk was a great experience, we’d gladly recommend them. From the outset, communication was prompt, clear, and consistent, and we were kept well informed throughout the entire process. They were always at hand by phone and email. The local office very useful to be able to pop in when needed. Our first meeting with Lyndsay was for the valuation. It was far more than just putting a price on the property, she took the time to understand our needs and provided thoughtful, informed advice about the process ahead. Her approach struck a balance between profession and a personal touch. Elaine was equally helpful, always quick to respond and offer reassurance when needed. With young children and pets, coordinating viewings could have been challenging, but the team made it easy. They worked with us to create a schedule that suited our routines and always provided plenty of notice. The photos and floorplan were handled by a professional photographer who did an excellent job with both the photography and floorplan. We were very pleased with how the property was presented. Communication was one of the standout aspects of the experience. We received regular updates on viewings, and all materials were reviewed with us first. The team were considerate in choosing how to communicate, using email when appropriate and picking up the phone when needed. They liaised efficiently with all parties involved and helped ensure a smooth process. Most importantly, we felt genuinely supported by a team that listened, guided us thoughtfully, and remained fully engaged from start to finish. No impersonal web portal, just real people, ready to help. The house sold quickly, and we couldn’t be happier with the way NEST handled the sale.
24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Can only assume this as they recommended I offer 15% above HR, or 31% above their advertised price for a property that had only been on the market less than 24 hours. And they wonder why the property market is an over inflated mess! Also had to view the property in the presence of other buyers who were very late, but still allowed to impede on our viewing. Wasn’t impressed!

She definitely got a fail at the school of charm. Maybe Alan Burke might want to have a chat with how she comes across and it’s definitely not professional by any means! I knew from reviews that they would deliver an excellent service and I can now say that I would wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone. Within the first day of contacting Elevate, Joanne and her team had arranged the photographer and contacted the surveyor. By that evening, I had received a detailed timeline and overview of the process. Communication has been fantastic and the team have been so supportive and informative, which was really helpful especially as a first-time seller. My property sold within the week of going live! I am so grateful to Joanne and Sharon and the whole team. 22nd Apr 2026 (13 days ago)We were fairly rusty when it came to selling a property. So from the very beginning we were impressed by Debbie's knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail. We sold our house Clark Street at the end of 2025. The whole process was clear, there were no hidden costs and Debbie was very attentive to every detail. She kept in contact all the way through the process. We had a couple of times when buyers were mucking us about (putting in offers and then removing them. Also making appointments then cancelling, then re booking) She took it all in her stride, negotiated and kept going back to them to chase up issues. So looking back, she took a lot of the stress out of the process and would definitely use her service again and recommend her personal, effective, competitively priced approach.
