From our first viewing right through to collecting the keys, Amanda and Helen were professional, friendly, accommodating and incredibly helpful. They kept us informed throughout the process, responded quickly to any questions and made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. Their excellent communication and attention to detail really stood out and we always felt valued as tenants. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property. 21st May 2026 (10 weeks ago)I had three valuations on my property and Gail from Stephenson Browne was by far the most professional valuer that I met. Gail also completely understood and was respectful of my property. In addition Gail also got the valuation spot on. I used Get Agent to narrow down my options regarding selecting an agent and I am so glad I did.

Specially, Shannon and Holly made our rental journey seamless from start to end. We were delighted that it only took 4days from the viewing to move to the rented property which is a remarkable service level. Thank you Shannon, Holly and the team for making our move so quick and easy.

24th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)I’m basing this review solely on the service provided from Natalie Tunnicliffe. I was unfortunately unsuccessful in renting a house by a different estate agent at the Hanley branch and was advised by that particular agent that I should receive my holding deposit back as it was through no fault of my own. I tried to email 2 days ago for this to be refunded but had no response, eventually got through to Natalie and she had this resolved within a few hours and explained that the prior estate agent advised that I wasn’t getting the deposit back however Natalie went above and beyond and enabled me to get this back. She kept me updated throughout too, amazing service.

We arrived onsite to no one to show from legat Owens, and then the landlady arrived to ask us what we were doing as the unit has been rented out for the last 3 months. So thank you legat Owens for completely wasting our time and letting us book time off work for a unit which isn’t for rent.

From day one, the whole team were honest, open, and professional, making what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed.<br><br>They sold my property within just one week of it going on the market, which exceeded my expectations. They also provided invaluable support with my onward purchase, ensuring everything progressed as smoothly as possible.<br><br>Tom, who carried out the valuation and facilitated a viewing on a prospective property, was incredibly professional while remaining approachable and down to earth. Lisa was exceptional throughout the sale process, expertly handling several difficult situations and always keeping me informed. Her commitment was outstanding even while on annual leave, she took the time to contact me to check everything was going well. That level of care and dedication went far beyond what I ever expected.<br><br>When Lisa was away, Fran stepped in and was absolutely fantastic. The handover was seamless, and I always felt I was in safe hands. It really shows what a great team Wheatcroft & Lloyd have built.<br><br>I genuinely don’t think they could have done anything better. Thank you to everyone involved for making the process as smooth as possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Wheatcroft & Lloyd again in the future and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

I made an appointment with Cheshire Property, Alex arrived at the time arranged and has kept in regular touch since.
