13th Apr 2026 (8 days ago)Justin the agent was very helpful in helping me secure the flat, organised a viewing same day and helped reassure me as a student that it was possible. Cal, a other member of staff, was also very supportive throughout the process. As always with agencies, it can be scary handing your money over for holding deposits and you have to bear in mind that making money is the primary objective. So far I am very happy with Black Katz services and hope throughout my tenancy we can operate as a team in conjunction with the land lord. Thank you for your help so far, would reccomend.

7th Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)Absolutely heartbroken by our experience with David! After being accepted for a property and paying the holding deposit, we were excited and preparing to move in, only to be told last minute that the landlord had changed their mind. No empathy. What makes it worse? They cited my field of work and my partner's age(22) as the reason something they were fully aware of from the start. It felt discriminatory, dishonest, and deeply unprofessional. My partner was left in tears, and we were devastated. Thankfully, we ended up finding a much better home a beautiful place with a garden by the river in Hammersmith. But the emotional damage from this experience still lingers. Edit: In the response he is still implying I have am renting properties for running a business, which is not the case this is a consiperacy they are making up. I made it clear that although I run an Airbnb business I was going to rent this place as a personal home. He is calling us liars to our face this is unbelievably disrespectful. I've always been honest and never lied and won't let a letting agent call me a liar!

11th Dec 2025 (19 weeks ago)Van driver WN75 HWK. This man should not be on the road, very dangerous driving, stuck his finger out the window as he cut me up doing around 60mph in a road works 40mph on the a428. Then proceeded to overtake an artic lorry while another lorry was oncoming and had to move into the layby. He got that far.... 10 minutes later I seen parked up in waitrose bedford car park, He should not be driving at all let alone CBRE.
30th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)Would not recommend anyone to rent through Lambeth Garton Jones. We moved in mid Feb and still no result for most of our complaints. For example the freezer is broken and needs to be replaced, emailing and calling every single day is not going to help because of the level unprofessionalism is beyond what we have ever experienced. We emailed today and because we already know that we will not receive a reply - we had to call and still not action taken. Guess what, we probably will need to call them again tomorrow, what a surprise. I will be posting about our experience in every detail here and on YouTube very soon. The real estate agency is terrible, and we don’t want to rent anymore—this agency will turn us into homeowners very soon.

They were always very helpful and made it easy for me living abroad as they resolved the tenants minor issues practically and helped me when there were bigger issues. Would highly recommend

The viewing for a 1?bedroom flat in Elephant & Castle was arranged the same day, quickly and efficiently, and the property matched all my expectations. The agent was exceptionally professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. 11th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)I’m not sure what to make of this, but it was the most bizarre experience I’ve ever had of being shown around a flat. I was apprehensive about using an unheard of estate agent as I’ve always stuck to well known ones. All seemed good at first when speaking to Leanna who made me feel at ease with her chirpy regional dialect, but then the viewing.. Well, Leanna showed up on time and we went inside. The tenants were out and the property was exactly as it looked on the website, so no complaints there, but then she started helping herself to biscuits, saying “I won’t tell if you don’t”. It didn’t stop there.. she opened the fridge and started putting items in a plastic carrier bag. Not even anything of value - it was literally butter and eggs. I would have given 2.5 stars if I could, but as it was either 2 or 3 I opted for 2. It wasn’t a mediocre experience, and credit where it’s due for the property being nice, it was just incredibly odd. Needless to say I didn’t put in an offer.

27th Mar 2026 (25 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

Speedy Response and completeness in dealing with issues helps to reduce and minimize what would otherwise more stress for both landlord and tenant.
13th Apr 2026 (8 days ago)bad! so never again. avooid if you can. agree with what Marky said ! he sums it up perfectly. their agent pulled out a clause to Inform to me that he/she will Show Up! attempted to show up without me approving or gaing prior consents- on 2 times. luckily i corrected.. I don’t think thus is allowed? he/she even tried to shorten the time frame, violatjng the very 24h clause that was used to pressure me even though I was responsive & certainly very polite! second time the agent brought. an extra colleague without notifying me, I don’t think this is allowed either, potentially could be viewed as trespassing .. language used during interaction was mjsleading after gently giving feedback, continued to push & towards the very end! all could be classed as misleadingg and aggressivee behaviours even though i was very polite & responsive to them. at the end, my convo was probably put into l0cked chat. No 0ne brothers to resolve. it was L0la - then Sol0mon who probably pr3tended to be l0la’s manager - then pret3nded his work phone now bel0ngs to Lukazs - which Lucas could potential be his middle name or something.. was not a normal interaction???????????? maybe anna was the person who trespassed… i don’t think this is allowed? I could be wrong but I don’t think so… regardijg taking videos/phots, my flat was jn a state during moving. I was at the property for a long time so lots of belongings. Given we have the right to feel safe in our own property, i don’t think i was obligated to let them take photos of the flat if i had belongins everywhere, Valuable ones too. this is to protect myself, yet even after clear explanations, continue to push / pressure / pretend phone no longer belongs to the person who was working there, no one seems to care to admjt wrongdoings .. I genuinely did not feel safe during the whole encounter. i have proofs, could provide photos of these along with this review,. I just never want to leave a negatjve review truthfully

It felt very human and not too sales-y. I definitely recommend him as it’s been the best agency experience I had in 6years living in London.
