11th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Had a hard time getting response on my inquiry, After I have finally booked a viewing and I requested an immediate email confirmation, I was told that it will be sent and if any questions I should call the office. On a viewing day, no one responded my calls, I still didn’t have any confirmation, I travelled all the way, luckily there was a full address on a floor plan. I wasted 2 1/2 hours and no one had turned up for a viewing! I spent 15 minutes waiting! Absolutely unprofessional service!

1st Apr 2026 (20 days ago)We do not recommend working with this branch, particularly with Ms Alina Alexa, Director (Management), Lettings. The service provided was highly unprofessional. Instead of attempting to resolve the situation with the landlord or offering a formal apology, the communication was extremely rude and lacking in basic professionalism.

The property was handed to us in a great condition. Ines and Sean have been really helpful in communication and checking in between us and the sellers. We are really happy with this purchase.

In particular, Charlotte Moody gets the nuances involved and has the ability to turn what at first seems a complex ask into a simple reality.
7th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)Absolutely disgraceful experience with Century 21 in London, specifically dealing with Sabir. We were effectively discriminated against for having a child. We were told that the landlord had a “bad experience” with tenants who had children previously, and on that basis, we were not even properly considered. That is completely unacceptable in this day and age. Since when is having a family a reason to be rejected? This is blatant bias and feels like outright discrimination against people with children. Instead of assessing us fairly as tenants based on £250,000 per annum income, references, and suitability they judged us purely on the fact we have a child. Sabir handled the situation terribly. There was no professionalism, no attempt to support us, and no effort to challenge the landlord’s clearly prejudiced stance. It felt like they were completely comfortable going along with it rather than doing their job properly. Families should be treated with respect, not excluded because of someone else’s past experience. This agency seriously needs to review its practices. Would not recommend to anyone especially if you have children.

I've tried reaching out to you but you never answer left messages for Eric and Ezgi - UNPROFESSIONAL I understand you and some members where off sick but everytime I drove past your office I could see everyone in the office present and working just not answering my call or messages which makes it more unprofessional . I did CALL and try reach out to you and still no response i left whats app messages on two seperate occasions and two different people still no response so from my point of view I was certainly patient and went above and beyond to try get a response from you which never came until I left a review then the response came instantly My main purpose was to sell the property and whilst working with you I felt the only thing you wanted to do was rent my property out for short let's at rock bottom prices which I certainly said no too especially at the low ball figures you offered me( very low figures borderline disturbing) I'm glad I got my property sold with another agent I believe being honest and transparent is very important in this field which I believe in my opinion I didn't receive from you as an agent We all make mistakes if you owned the mistake and apolisged for ignoring me then we could have resolved this Instanly but to say people where sick when I could see them working in the office has certainly left me disappointed in my humble opinion

They were so professional, and managed to get the property under offer on day one of viewings, after it had been sat on the market for 6 months prior without any viewings. The whole process was seamless and I highly recommend over larger firms
