27th Jun 2024 (30 days ago)If I would, I would put 0 stars. The house was super dirty when we arrived and in the middle of renovations so I lived in a room with a BROKEN window for 6 months, using an electrical heater to heat up the room and wasting a ton of energy. After I moved out I heard they refused to give back the deposit because of cleaning, when I for a fact know this was not an issue and it was CLEANER than when we arrived. Very rude and condescending people, and disorganised about making arrangements for contractors to come to the house. They would often say one day and then never come. Super uncomfortable treating with them and hope they are better this year.

21st Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Best letting agency I dealt with the London branch and I am absolutely impressed with how well organised and structured their services are. Provided by professional, friendly and lovely agents. Starting from viewing the property to the check out communication was swift and clear. A lot of support provided from information on renting guidance to check out inventory, repairs services with a hotline. The repairs service could be through a link or a WhatsApp messaging line. They usually respond immediately and raise the job to the trades person or company they deal with. Most repairs were solved in a short time frame. They also send property care guide at the beginning of winter to flag any issues related to the weather. I got the impression that the agency is really good at ensuring both parties (the landlord and tenant ) are satisfied with any dealings or requests. Moreover, the contract they provided was comprehensive and detailed with no hidden clauses or vague statements. Everything was clearly stated ensuring our rights are protected as well as our duties as tenants clearly communicated. I definitely recommend this agency

Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. Although I've managed to come to terms with my current Landlord and ended by renewing lease on my current flat, I appreciate her time and availability during the past weeks and would not hesitate on recommending her services to any friends who need to rent a new flat in London. However John and Madison provided what turned out to be accurate initial advice and after a short time on the market (and after several viewings) a very good offer from a buyer with a 4 week deadline. They both assisted us through the stressful (due to the tight timescales) selling process and we are delighted that we managed to sell and move to our new home.
